Margherita House is a large home , comfortable, clean, family managed vacation rental home, 240 mq , designed and built by the property owners in 2002 , a short distance from the sea.

Margherita House is cozy enough to accommodate 6 guests luxuriously and large enough to comfortably host small parties with as many as 11 overnight guests.
The house sits up on a big property 1,5 acres with olive grove and has total privacy from any surrounding homes.
The 1,5 acre lot where Margherita House is located, has plenty of level outdoor space, a barbecue , picnic/patio tables and a green-house-garden area , lounge space and outdoor warm shower.



There are six bedrooms , big size bed /single beds and unique decor. kitchen fully equipped for cooking and entertaining. Living room, dining area open to patio and garden. Many sitting areas and places to relax, read and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

The home's floor plan is well designed for social gatherings with a good flow for guests to have easy indoor/outdoor access to patios and living areas.

There are six-bedrooms and three-bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with gourmet cooking stove. Open to a lovely dining room with fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need to prepare your own meals or you can take it easy and visit one of the many great restaurants.

Presence of unprotected stairways by gates. Attention to younger kids

A laundry area, is located in the downstairs bathroom.

The bookshelves have a wide variety of reading material, games and puzzles.
