A spacious apartment, with a slightly disappointing outside terrace. Inconvenient to have to go out and up stairs to reach roof terrace, where the facilities need upgrading. The aircon leaked for most of our week, but the owner provided a fan and eventually the problem was resolved.

Chipiona, gerne wieder

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Joli die sehr hilfsbereit war. Die Wohnung liegt zentral. Parkplatz ist in der Vorsaison gut zu finden. Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Supermarkt, Bäcker und Markthalle liegen fußläufig entfernt. Die Einkaufsmeile mit vielen Geschäften, Restaurants und Bars ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, was manchmal am Abend etwas laut wird. Da die Schlafzimmer nach hinten raus liegen, kann man aber wunderbar schlafen.

Der Stunde geschudet,...

Seit mehr als einem Jahr erkunde ich Spanien, um den perfekten Platz für meine restlichen Jahre zu finden. Andalusien ist sicher, Chipiona wahrscheinlich. Dieser Ort hat alles, was die Schönheit des Lebens beschreiben könnte. Das Apartment ist für sechs Menschen definitiv zu klein, vier Personen die sich wirklich mögen, werden sich vermutlich sehr wohl fühlen. Ich und mein Hund fühlten sich mehr als wohl. Die Vermieter, Yolanda & Manuel, sind extrem nett, deren Kinder maximal sympathisch, die Menschen in Chipiona sind mehr als freundlich. Das Apartment ist perfekt (nicht unbedingt für > 4 Menschen), aber für uns, mich und meinen Hund. Die nächste Bar ist zehn Meter entfernt, alles andere ist ebenfalls in "Sekunden" zu Fuß erreichbar. Mein Auto musste ich nicht ein mal aus der von Yolanda vermittelten Garage (100 m entfernt) hervorholen. OK, tolle Leute, tolles Apartment und ein wirklich netter Ort. Vermutlich gibt es einen Wäschekorb, aber wohl zu gut versteckt für mich. Btw., einige Worte spanisch machen an diesem Ort schon Sinn, wenngleich die Vermieterin (Yolanda) mehrere Sprachen spricht. Aber manchmal muss man auch raus, dann wird es halt wirklich schwer ohne spanisch. Aber am Ende des Tages, ... ich suche derzeit nach einem "Objekt" in Chipiona, ....das sagt wohl alles. Nette Vermieter und ein gelungener Langzeiturlaub!

Wir waren 2 Monate in Chipiona. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man alles was man braucht. Die Strände, die Markthalle, jede Form von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw. usw. alles ist in der Nähe. Durch diverse elektrische Heizgeräte in Wohnräumen und Bad ist die Wohnung auch im Winter sehr zu empfehlen. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir wieder! Monika und Winfried

Wir hatten erneut einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Chipiona.Das Wetter war 14 Tage wirklich Super,Sonnenschein und blauer Himmel jeden Tag. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt,ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt.Unmittelbar in der nähe der tollen Einkaufsstrasse mit seinen vielen Restaurants und Geschäften.Mit dem Bus oder Auto ist es einen Katzensprung nach Rota Cadiz,San Luca de Baramededa oder Puerto de Santa Maria mit seinen tollen Bodegas(Osborne).Es lohnt sich

APARTAMENTO IDEAL

El apartamento está en condiciones excelentes de limpieza y decoración. Pequeño pero muy acogedor. Estuvimos una familia con 3 hijos y sin problema alguno. Los dueños encantadores sin ser pesados (hay algunos que se pasan). ubicación ideal muy cerca de la playa, 7m andando, y en el centro de la localidad para disfrutar.

Ha sido una estancia estupenda. Tanto Manuel como Jolanda han estado pendientes de que todo fuera bien y que no nos faltara nada en ningún momento. El apartamento limpio, luminoso, acogedor, decorado al detalle y con todas las necesidades, además de bien situado y cerca de todo (playas, bares, mercado, tiendas...)
