Superbe maison

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable en famille. La maison est conforme au descriptif et elle est vraiment super. Électroménager au top, literie de super qualité, vaisselle et équipement où rien ne manque et tout est là pour passer un super séjour. Petit plus : lumières led dans chaque pièce avec possibilité de varier les ambiances, ce qui en fait un endroit hyper cosy le soir. Idem pour la Tv. La piscine est chauffée et très grande pour les amateurs de brasse. Dommage que la météo nous ait empêché d’en profiter comme on aurait souhaité. Commerces à proximité à pieds. Possibilité de louer des vélos livrés et repris sur place. Le propriétaire et le gestionnaire des lieux sont très à l’écoute et en réponse pour la logistique si besoin. Et de bons conseils. Merci à vous!

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage, toller Pool, sehr nette Betreuung Vorort. Mit dem Rad zum Strand, Bäckerei und Restaurant. Für den Entspannungsurlaub sehr empfehlenswert!

Tolles Haus mit riesigem beheiztem Pool

Wir waren sehr von dem Haus begeistert, weil es die Beschreibungen und Fotos auf Fewo noch übertroffen hat. Alles ist super sauber und gepflegt. Die Küchenausstattung war spitze. In dem genialen großen Pool konnte man sehr gut relaxen oder auch Wasserball spielen. Der Pool und der Garten sind nicht einsehbar. Wir hatten in dem Ferienhaus eine perfekte Woche verbracht.

Fab villa with great pool and 10mins drive to the beach

Well equipped house, great for cooking and bbq, and reading by the pool. Close to amazing long stretches of sandy beach (Grand Cohot highly recommended) - between trips to the beach and relaxing in the house, the week flew by. Quite a lot of mosquitoes though!

A wonderful week of relaxation

We have had a wonderful week here. The property is in a quiet residential area with a shop and bakery nearby. There were not as many restaurants or bars within walking distance as we had hoped, but a short drive away we found more and fabulous beaches. There were plenty of shaded walks for us to take our dog out which was great. We visited the water park in Archachon and also took the boat across from Belisaire, which is a beautiful place, one of the days. The owner and his neighbour were on hand if we had any problems, a language barrier with the neighbour as he spoke very little English and we spoke basic French but we got through! The owner spoke very good English and was easily contactable by phone or email if needed and both were very helpful & friendly. All in all a wonderful week was had by myself, my wife, mother-in-law, my son and his girlfriend, my second son and our family dog. Would definitely recommend and would love to return one day.

Superbe séjour

Avec mon conjoint et notre chienne nous avons séjourné sur cette propriété pendant deux semaines. Je viens de la région, mais j’habite à Londres avec mon conjoint depuis plusieurs années. Je voulais donc lui faire visiter autant d'endroits possibles autour du bassin d'Arcachon. Cette propriété est à proximité de beaucoup de sublimes coins comme le Cap Ferret, Andernos, le Grand Crohot et pas trop loin du Médoc non plus. Jacques a été très communicatif avant et pendant la location. Nous voulions un bon débit internet afin de pouvoir faire du télétravail depuis cette propriété. Jacques a vérifié le débit et tout a été parfait pendant la durée de notre séjour. Malheureusement, l'annexe n'était pas disponible pendant notre séjour, ce qui nous a un peu embêtés car nous aurions voulu utiliser le bureau. Cependant, la maison est largement grande même sans l'annexe. Et dernièrement, le moteur de la bâche de piscine ne fonctionnait pas. Mais Jacques a fait en sorte que la piscine soit nettoyée pour qu’on puisse l’utiliser. En conclusion, c’est une très belle, propre et agréable maison avec un voisinage calme et chaleureux et le propriétaire est à votre écoute :)

Superbe location et acceuil chaleureux

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances . Le propriétaire ainsi que Mr et Mme Labarbe font tout pour nous faire passer des vacances de rêves et se souci de notre bien être. Très a l'écoute et acceuil chaleureux. La villa est très bien entretenue et très propre avec tout le confort possible. Les plages sont également très belles et la région magnifique. Maison moderne et bien équipée. Nous étions 3 couples avec 1 bébé, chaque chambre est équipée d'un lit de 1.60m. Au fond d'une impasse donc calme. Point fort et rare piscine de 12x5 chauffée avec filtrage eau de sel que nous beaucoup apprécié malgré le temps moyen. Mérite de retourner avec un temps + favorable

Wunderbares Wohfühlferienhaus!

Wir haben mit 6 Personen und einem Hund unsere 14 tägigen Ferien hier verbracht. Bereits im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer Jacques Jegou sehr gut und wir haben alle notwendigen Infos ganz detailliert erhalten. M Labarbe - ein Nachbar - empfing uns und zeigte uns ausführlich das Haus und gab Tips zur Umgebung. In dem Haus fehlt es an nichts. Selbst 8 Personen hätten hier ausreichend Platz. Alles ist gepflegt und sauber, die Ausstattung ist modern, hell und durchdacht. Der gepflegte Garten ist umzäunt und uneinsehbar, der Pool groß genug zum schwimmen und relaxen auf den ausreichend vorhandenen Liegen und Stühlen. Der moderne Weber-Grill war blitzeblank, so dass man ihn auch wirklich zum Grillen gerne benutzt hat - das haben wir schon anders erlebt. Bäcker, Supermarkt und kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar, die wunderschönen Strände in wenigen Autominuten. Leider staut sich der Verkehr um das Bassin d'Arcachon täglich, so dass man dort wenig unternehmen kann. In Bordeaux ist man allerdings in ca 1 Stunde. Die Landschaft eignet sich wunderbar zum Fahrradfahren und Laufen auf den gut ausgebauten und beschilderten Radwegen durch die Wälder. Zusammenfassend ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub in einer tollen Landschaft und einem wunderschönen Haus. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

Eine Wohlfühl-Oase vom ersten bis zum letzten Augenblick!

Eigentlich ist in den durchweg sehr positiven Bewertungen schon alles gesagt. Das Wohnen hier macht einfach Spaß, und das vom ersten Augenblick an! Wir sind spät angekommen, haben uns im Garten unter der Dusche abgekühlt und sind in den genialen Pool gesprungen, dessen Ausmaße ein tägliches Schwimmtraining bestens ermöglichen. Die wechselnde Beleuchtung - je nach gewähltem Programm, beruhigt und fasziniert zugleich. Das helle, freundliche Haus, die zentrale Lage der offenen Küche sowie die Ausstattung der Bäder sind absolut geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Hinsichtlich der Küchenausstattung mangelt es an nichts - ein Luxus für Menschen, die gerne kochen. Wir waren als Familie zu viert da, aber hier hätten sich locker mehrere Hobbyköche und solche, die Gesellschaft leisten, tummeln können. Nicht nur bei der Planung des Ess- Wohnbereichs hat der sympathische Vermieter Jaques bis ins kleinste Detail nachgedacht und sich erfolgreich darum bemüht, dass seine Gäste sich wohlfühlen. Dazu tragen auch eine angenehme Beleuchtung innen wie außen, das hochwertige bequeme Mobiliar und die Polster für alle Liegen und Stühle bei. Alles ist absolut sauber, formschön und modern. Sogar die Bilder an den Wänden sind eine Augenweide. Wer persönlichen Klüngel oder ausrangiertes Inventar eines Vermieters sucht, ist hier Fehl am Platz. Das "Poolhaus" mit Doppelbett und angrenzendem Badezimmer bot für unsere Teenager eine hervorragende Rückzugsmöglichkeit zum "Chillen ihrer Base", ist aber bestimmt auch hilfreich, wenn man mit Freunden reist. Das zentral gelegene Grundstück befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend, und der schöne Garten ist von niemandem einsehbar. Hier ist man absolut privat. Die Ausrichtung der Südterrasse passt perfekt, und es ist zu jeder Zeit möglich, ein Schatten- oder Sonnenplätzchen zu wählen. Elektrische Markisen und Rollläden an all den zahlreichen Fenstern und Terrassentüren sind hilfreich, falls es heiß wird. Für eine gute Nachtruhe ist mit bequemen Matratzen und schön eingerichteten Schlafräumen gesorgt. Zum Wohlfühlen in der "Oase" trägt auch die hier schon mehrfach erwähnte Fürsorge vom netten und lockeren Vermieter und dem sympathischen Monsieur Labarbe vor Ort bei, der immer zur Stelle ist, falls man Fragen oder ein Problem hat. Er mäht freitags für ca. 2 Stündchen den Rasen und säubert den Pool, und man bemerkt ihn nur, wenn man möchte. Wer das Haus mietet trifft wirklich eine hervorragende Wahl! Wir kommen wieder!

Créme de la créme!!!

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen! Von der Lage der Villa über die Ausstattung im Haus bis hin zur Betreuung Vorort waren wir als achtköpfige Gruppe + 1 Hund sehr beeindruckt. Vielen Dank Jacques für die persönliche Betreuung, vielen Dank Monsieur Le Barbe für die Unterstützung Vorort...unbedingt buchen!!! Es war ein toller Urlaub und dazu hat die Villa sehr viel beigetragen. Merci beaucoup!

Exclusive Villa in toller Lage

Wir verbrachten diesen Sommer mit unseren Kindern zwei Wochen in der Villa. Die Lage des Feriendomiziels ist ruhig und exclusiv, aber trotzdem zentral. Der Bäcker, ein kleiner Supermarkt sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Größere Supermärkte und der fantastische Strand sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Wer gerne Fahrrad fährt findet sehr gut ausgebaute Fahrradwege. Das Haus übertraf absolut unsere Erwartungen. Es ist sowohl im Innen als auch Außenbereich top gepflegt und penibel sauber. Sowohl Mobilar als auch alle technischen Gräte sind hochwertig. Die Betten und das tolle Klima mit angenehmen Nachttemperaturen bieten einen erholsamen Schlaf. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut und von der Buchung bis zur Abreise war alles perfekt. Vor der Anreise erhält man schon wichtige Informationen und man merkt, das ihm ein angenehmer Aufenthalt wichtig ist. Der Verwalter wohnt direkt gegenüber und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Der Pool, die Holzterasse , das satte Grün des Rasens und die prachtvollen Blüten der Pflanzen machen den Außenbereich zu einem Erlebnis mit hohem Erholungswert.Wir können das Feriendomiziels zu hundert Prozent Wetter empfehlen und werden auch im nächsten Jahr wieder hier Urlaub machen.
