The villa was renovated in 2010, featuring a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, each with its private bathroom or shower, and air conditioning for warmer days.

Outside, you'll discover a solar-heated pool with a massage jet, providing unforgettable moments of relaxation, even during cooler months. After a dip in the pool, you can enjoy the outdoor shower (with hot water!) hidden in the midst of nature.

The large terrace and garden boast three distinct dining tables. One is sheltered from the sun, another offers stunning views of the Versilia Sea, while the last faces the majestic Tuscan mountains.

Fantastic Tuscan views

We stayed with two families of 4 each for two weeks in the Villa and enjoyed everything very much. There is lots of space inside and outside, the pool is great, Giuseppe, the gardener/house keeper, was very helpful and kind. Our little requests and problems were dealt with and resolved very expeditiously. The views from the Terrace on Viareggio and the sea are stunning at every day and night time. The garden is well-maintained and the house was very clean. Air condition in every bedroom and the living room was very welcome. Not everything is brand new but everything has its particular charm. We hope to be able come back at some point.

Fantastisch

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in einem toll konzipierten und ausgestatteten Haus mit einem magischen Garten. Das Haus bietet vielfältige Möglichkeiten sich wohl zu fühlen und ungestört zu sein. Der Blick über die Ebene bis zum Meer ist großartig. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

Wunderschöne Außenanlage, innen teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Zunächst vorab: wir haben zwei schöne Wochen in Pierres Haus mit der ganzen Familie verbracht. Unsere Erfahrungen haben wir hier kurz zusammengefasst: (1) Pros - ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und ein sehr freundlicher Hausmeister; beide haben stets direkt geantwortet; kleinere Probleme wurden immer sofort behoben; die Restauranttipps waren super - eine grandiose Aussicht und tolle Außenanlage mit zahlreichen Sitzmöglichkeiten und einem tollen Pool - eine geniale und hochwertige Musikanlage, die einwandfrei auch außen funktioniert hat - frisches Obst und Gemüse aus dem Garten - die generelle Lage ist gut, um Ausflüge zum Strand oder bspw nach Lucca / Florenz / Siena zu unternehmen; Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe; Tipp: Pietrasanta kann man auch zu Fuß erreichen und es lädt zum Verweilen ein (2) Cons - das Haus ist innen teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen: Bäder und Schlafzimmer könnten ein Update gebrauchen; an manchen Wänden blättert die Farbe ab - bei der Ankunft war einiges an Geschirr dreckig und verklebt, Lampen staubig und Spinnweben an mehreren Lampen in den Schlafzimmern - die Toilettenbürsten sollten unbedingt erneuert werden Insgesamt: Der Preis schien uns im Nachhinein deutlich zu teuer für das angebotene Objekt in dem vorgefundenen Zustand (ca. 4000 Euro / Woche). Nichts desto trotz ist Pierres Haus eine gute Anlaufstelle, um die wunderschöne Toskana zu erkunden und kennen zu lernen.

Amazing house for a family vacation

The house has everything for a super relaxing family vacation. The views from the terrace are breathtaking, the kitchen is high-end and fully equipped. The housekeeper is an incredible nice guy and let us enjoy fruits, vegetables and herbs from the incredible large garden. The pool is amazing and we enjoyed the outdoor barbecue station as well as the table tennis. Air conditioning works perfect. We came super stressed and left super relaxed after 2 amazing weeks.

Een fantastisch huis op een fantastische locatie

We hebben enorm genoten van het prachtige ruime huis, heel mooi ingericht met een zeer uitgebreide keuken, veel mooie spullen. Omdat er verschillende terrassen zijn in de heel goed onderhouden en heerlijke tuin, is er altijd een schaduw plek met steeds weer een weids uitzicht. De ontvangst en het contact met de huismeester was zeer hartelijk en attent. De weg naar het huis belooft al veel goeds! Zeer privé maar veilig gelegen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern in diesem wunderschönen, sehr gepflegten und perfekt ausgestatteten Haus. Der Vermieter war im Vorfeld äußerst freundlich, die Kommunikation klappte reibungslos. Der Verwalter spricht zwar kein Deutsch oder Englisch, Verständigung war aber (typisch italienisch) mit Händen und Füßen dennoch möglich, auch wunderbare Restaurantipps waren dabei. Den Kindern hat natürlich der Pool am besten gefallen, den Erwachsenen der traumhafte Blick bis zum Meer. Das Haus ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen und wir wollen auf jeden Fall wieder einmal hier Urlaub machen.

Traumhaftes Feriendomizil!

Ein wunderbares Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage – mit Blick sowohl aufs Meer als auch die Apuanischen Alpen. Perfekt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Klima-Anlagen in Wohn- und Schlafzimmern sehr angenehm. Großzügige Küche – mit allem, was man braucht – sogar einem Kaffee-Vollautomaten, Kühlschrank mit integrierter Eiskugel-Produktion, Gas-Außengrill u. v. m. Viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten um das ganze Haus herum und am Pool, gesäumt durch zahlreiche Blüten- und Kräuter-Pflanzen in schönen Terracotta-Töpfen – die vom Gärtner gegossen und gepflegt werden. Wir haben uns mit acht Personen sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt – und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ein wundervolles Ferienhaus in nahezu perfekter Lage!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus über alle Maßen genossen. Es liegt am Ende eines kleinen Zuweges auf einem Berg und bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick in Richtung Meer, das schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen ist. In Pisa und Lucca ist man in einer guten halben Stunde. Das Haus liegt in einem Garten mit Olivenbäumen und hat eine liebevoll gestaltete Terrasse, die mit vielen Blumen verschönt ist. Es gibt eine Vielzahl von Sitzmöglichkeiten, so dass man sich je nach Bedarf einen Platz in der Sonne oder im Schatten suchen kann. Der Pool ist beheizt und wird regelmäßig vom Hausmeister kontrolliert. Dieser kümmert sich auch um die Bewässerung der Pflanzen und ist bei Fragen gut zu erreichen. Die Einrichtung des Hauses besteht aus einer Mischung aus Antiquitäten und modernen Möbeln wie z.B. das großzügige Ledersofa. Die Küche ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man benötigen könnte inclusive eines Kaffeevollautomaten und eines großzügigen Gefrierschrankes. Alle Schlafzimmer sowie auch das Wohnzimmer sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet und die meisten Fenster haben einen Mückenschutz. Es gibt nichts, was ich beanstanden könnte und wie würden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.

Eine fantastische Unterkunft

Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub in diesem perfekten Haus verbracht. Der Pool war hervorragend und sehr sauber. Der Hausmeister kümmerte sich fürsorglich um uns und es wurden alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Klimaanlage, Profi- HiFi und Espressomaschine haben den Urlaub zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt gemacht. Jederzeit wieder.
