Appartement bien placé proche métro et quartier touristique

L'appartement est très bien placé. Cependant nous avons eu quelques soucis : Nous avons constaté en arrivant sur contrairement à ce que nous avions penser d'après les photos il s'agit d'une seule et même grande pièce. Pas de chambre à part. Les lits ne sont pas confortables. Le seul vrai lit était très inconfortable et ne permettait que difficilement de dormir à deux personnes (matelas de piètre qualité qui se creusait fortement au milieu) Les deux lits d'appoint était sales (tâches de couleur suspect,...) et/ou cassés (canapé visible sur la première photo est cassé, l'assise est enfoncée) Les couettes fournies pour les lits d'appoint étaient trop petites pour une personne adulte. Les draps étaient également trop petit pour les deux lits d'appoint. Nous n'avons reçu des torchons que jour 2 sur demande, ils n'étaient pas fourni, tout comme les serviettes de table. Pas d'économe, une seule micro planche à découper. Nous n'avons pas trouver le minimum (huile, sel, poivre) pour cuisiner. Nous avons apprécié ce séjour mais sommes déçus par la qualité de l'appartement. Le service client était réactif mais incapable de réparer le canapé cassé ou de nous apporter des couettes plus grandes.
