The house can accommodate up to 5 people, as it is also possible to use the sofa bed in the living room. Nicely furnished. There is a bathroom with shower. The house has a private parking. The swimming pool is generally open from 15 May to 15 October. Montecarlo is close to the main historical and cultural centers of Tuscany: Lucca, Florence, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Arezzo.

Perfect place for relaxing

The house is perfectly equipped with all what is necessary - like home. We missed nothing and the location is absolutely beautiful! The view from the pool is breath-taking!

Points forts: TrĂšs bonne communication avec Alessandro, bel accueil et l’endroit est trĂšs bien situĂ© et facile de s’y rendre. La vue de la piscine est vraiment jolie pour les couchĂ©s de soleil. Il y avait l’équipement nĂ©cessaire pour cuisiner. Épicerie proche et complĂšte. Il y avait assez de chambres et de lits pour toute ma famille.Points nĂ©gatifs: Il faisait extrĂȘmement chaud Ă  l’intĂ©rieur, aucun A/C, le pommeau de douche Ă©tait brisĂ©, la piscine manquait d’entretien (contour vert d’algues). Et on ignorait que c’était une maison de ville entourĂ©e de voisins dont certains Ă©taient bruyants. Comme nous nous promenions dans la rĂ©gion pendant notre sĂ©jour, cela ne nous a pas trop dĂ©rangĂ©, mais tout de mĂȘme important de le mentionner.Attention: La photo principale montrant une bouteille de vin et une coupe en vitre Ă  la piscine peut porter Ă  confusion: aucune vitre n’est acceptĂ©e autour de la piscine. Lisez bien les instructions!

De gastheer was heel vriendelijk. Het verblijf was moeilijker te vinden voor ons omdat we een verkeerd nummer hadden doorgekregen waardoor we het verblijf niet meteen vonden. Na contact met de gastheer zonder problemen gevonden.

Leider war es ein grauenhafter Aufenthalt, die Bilder hatten nichts von der RealitĂ€t, das Haus war schnuddlig und dreckig, im Karten war nichts gemacht, die FensterlĂ€den defekt, das Bad wirklich keimig. Sehr schade das man das ganze so „verrotten“ lĂ€sst, wir sind bereits vorzeitig abgereist

Die Anlage war super. Die Aufteilung des Hauses und der Pool waren ideal. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist allerdings verbesserungswĂŒrdig. Verkalkte Dusche, Brause wie Kabine, verkalkter Wasserkocher und verzogene FensterlĂ€den. Wenig Verstaumöglichkeiten fĂŒr Kleidung.

Urlaub mit 4 Erwachsenen

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen Anfang Mai dort. Wenn das Wetter gut ist und man die Zeit draußen verbringen kann, ist es ein nettes kleines HĂ€uschen. Innen hat es leider bis zuletzt leider recht unangenehm gerochen, was selbst mit Raumspray und Duftkerze nie komplett ĂŒberdeckt werden konnte. Die Betten sind extrem unbequem und auch das Badezimmer könnte eine Tiefenreinigung vertragen.

Logement sympa situé à proximité de Florence, Pise, Lucques, Cinque Terre. Appartement mitoyen de chaque coté ( voisins parfois bruyant avec les enfants le soir) , commerces proches, beau village. Bon séjour dommage pour le temps...

Sehr netter Gastgeber. Unkompliziertes Check in und out. Hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Ich fand die Wohnung ok Sie war soweit sauber. Allerdings riecht der KĂŒhlschrank komisch/muffig und die Dusche sollte mal renoviert oder sehr grĂŒndlich geschrubbt werden. Der Pool Bereich war super. Sauber und gute Liegemöglichkeiten mit Schirmen
