About this property

Villa Morosi

is a small family-run tourist complex, consisting of seven apartments of various sizes on three houses; located on a hill near the coastal road, which leads to Portovecchio, between the Gulf of Favona and the bay of Tarco.

bathing in the pool, it almost seems to dive into the sea next July this year, you can enjoy tasty dishes, created by us in the kiosk of the pool, which in the evening will be transformed into a dining room overlooking the sea.

We offer the sale of still warm bread, chocolate bread and briosche.

The apartments all have sea views, in the middle of the Corsican vegetation, with a 6000 m2 garden accessible to all customers.

The apartments are of different types, grouped for two / three families, can accommodate from 2 to 5 people.

The nearest beaches are: the Gulf of Favona at 1 km and the Tarco bay at 2 km, as well as grocery stores, restaurants, ice cream parlors, pizzerias, newsagents, boat rentals, water scooters and quads, diving clubs , horse riding....

It is a quiet and secluded place, ideal for those looking for a relaxing holiday.

Très bon accueil, emplacement idéal

Très bon séjour, l’espace piscine est un vrai plus. Avec juste un peu plus d’entretien des espaces verts, ce pourrait être magnifique mais je recommande cette location.

Schöne Unterkunft mit Meerblick

Schöner Blick auf das Meer von der Terrasse. Gemeinsame Poolnutzung mit allen Gästen. Roberto ist ein sehr liebenswerter Gastgeber. Allein das ist ein Besuch dort wert!

Résidence très sympa mais beaucoup de points à améliorer

Pour les points positifs : très jolie petite résidence avec piscine très agréable, et bon emplacement. Parking facile. En revanche le check-in est trop tardif (16h) et notre appartement n'était pas prêt avant 17h car les propriétaires étaient occupées à monter un canapé et faire le ménage. Etait notées 2 chambres sur l'annonce, il n'y en avait q'une. Le prix est trop élevé par rapport à la prestation payée. Nous n'avons pas eu de télé non plus (les propriétaires nous ont proposé un dédommagement). Déçus car partir en famille pour avoir qu'une seule chambre et pas de télé ne favorise pas le repos prévu. Beaucoup de choses n'allaient pas non plus : cuvette des toilettes cassée, pommeau de douche, volet principal avec fermeture cassé. Peut être pas de chance, mais pour nous prestation vraiment pas à la hauteur du prix.

Ganz schön aber etwas lieblos

Der erste eindruck ist erstmal nicht so toll. die wohnungen sind sehr einfach und schlicht. ausstattung der Küche ist sehr mager. die Betten sind eine katastrophe. Der Garten und Pool sind sehr schön, wenn auch etwas ungepflegt. Die Nähe zur Hauptstrasse ist sehr laut. Der Blick aus dem Fenster vom Schlafzimmer ist super schön!!! Der Inhaber gibt sich sehr viel Mühe und wenn einem etwas fehlt besorgt er es sofort. Er kocht auf Wunsch abends, das Essen ist okay! die Lage ist gut, aber leider muß man immer mit dem Auto fahren um zum nächsten Strand zu kommen.
