About this property

Typical and charming-quiet Halfway between the ocean & Hossegor Lake Promo july

Relaxing villa for 7 people. 800m from the beach and 900m from Lake Hossegor. Ideally located in a quiet area. Equally close to the center of Seignosse than that of Hossegor. Nice decor and bedding for an invigorating rest under the pines. Recently renovated the house is very well appointed, warm and comfortable atmosphere. The private garden is fenced and furnished with garden furniture, parasol, deck chairs and plancha on the new large wooden deck. There is a storage space for surfboards, bikes and all the sports equipment. Also a large outdoor hot shower pleasant to return from the beach and surfing.
The rooms are large and bright. Very friendly and convenient stay as giving both on the terrace and kitchen (renovated in 2024)

Charming beach house with an extremely helpful and friendly host! Veronique's place is nicely decorated and in a great location close to the beach and not far from the lake or downtown Hossegor. The backyard is a plus! I highly recommend and we plan on going back soon!

Merveilleux séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie maison très bien située, à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage, très fonctionnelle et agréable. Mention spéciale pour la douche d’extérieur, très pratique en rentrant de la plage! Merci à Veronique pour son accueil chaleureux et ses réponses rapides et efficaces à nos demandes. Perfect stay!

We had fantastic 2 weeks in this perfectly located and very convenient house. The beach is at walking distance, but we also enjoyed the closeness to the golf courses and Hossegor town. The owner is very nice and available at any time. We'd definitely come again!

Beautiful house near Les Estagnots

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and perfectly equipped house. You can find anything that you need, it‘s cozy and the garden was great to relax. It is close to the sea, the lake, shopping possibilities and still within very calm surroundings. The communication was very easy and we were warmly welcomed on our first day. Maison très agréable à vivre

Maison de vacances très agréable à vivre, bien aménagée, douche extérieure et local à vélos/planches très pratique, joli jardin. Seul bémol, la surf house voisine qui draine un peu de monde et d’agitation mais qui n’a pas été une véritable gêne, la maison étant bien isolée. Très bon accueil de nos hôtes.
