We loved La Nouvelle Peyriere

This converted farm house in a rustic setting had a lot of charm. Not fancy but very comforable. We enjoyed the outdoor grilling and the pool. Very private, yet allowed for socializing with the neighbors.

An absolutely magical place. We stayed in the beautiful gîte tucked away in the woods, and it genuinely felt like our own secret corner of Provence. With its gorgeous blue shutters, the gîte has exactly the kind of picture-perfect Provençal charm you hope to find when you come to this part of France.Peaceful, private and surrounded by nature, it was the perfect place to properly switch off. Waking up amongst the trees, opening those beautiful blue shutters and hearing nothing but the sounds of nature was just idyllic.The pool was a huge highlight — gorgeous, beautifully kept and wonderful for long, lazy days in the sunshine. We loved being able to spend the morning exploring Provence and then come back to swim, relax and enjoy the tranquillity of the setting.The gîte itself had everything we needed and was full of character and charm. The combination of the woodland setting, running in the vineyards, sunshine and pool made the whole stay feel incredibly special.A true hidden gem and one of those places you’re genuinely sad to leave. We’ve made some wonderful memories here and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for such a gorgeous stay!

We loved the property, it was exactly as advertised. Unfortunately, the our stay started on the day of a massive thunderstorm, which took out a nearby transformer. We had no power and, after diligent communication from our host, determined that it would not be restored for at least 2 or 3 days. The house and its surroundings are exactly as advertised, and we were disappointed to miss out on what would have been a relaxing stay in a wonderful area to explore.

Das Steinhäuschen liegt zusammen mit zwei weiteren in mitten eines großen Eichen-und Pinienwaldes. Das Anwesen ist somit immer angenehm temperiert. Jeder hat seinen eigenen Bereich und ist doch nicht alleine. Der Pool liegt nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe der Häuschen, so dass es immer ruhig ist. Ein magischer Ort. Wir waren in dem Häuschen mit den zwei Schlafzimmern. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Es war an alles gedacht .der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war völlig unproblematisch, nett und informativ. Wir hatten die Räder dabei, denn es gibt viel, was man dort mit ihnen unternehmen kann. Zum Supermarkt radelt man in 10 Minuten. Wir fanden es toll, bei der Hitze nicht immer ins Auto steigen zu müssen.Auf dem Grundstück ist auch an alles gedacht.Vielleicht ist es wegen der Tiere nicht möglich aber einen Kompost ließe sich dort wunderbar einrichten.Vielen Dank für diese wunderschöne Woche, Familie Löbel

Heerlijk plek in de schaduw van de bomen. Zwembad was een aangename verkoeling in de hittegolf. Goede startplek om de omgeving te ontdekken. Huisje met airco, wat ook zeer aangenaam was. Aanrader om te verblijven. Philippe was erg aardig en goed te bereiken. Reageerde altijd snel.

A notre arrivée, nous avons été charmés par l'endroit mais nous avons vite déchanté car il fallait partager avec deux autres gîtes tant le terrain que la piscine. Rien de tout cela n'était précisé dans l'annonce de la nouvelle Peyriere même si le propriétaire a légèrement modifié cette dernière depuis quelques jours.Seul l’extérieur de la propriété est clôturé, aucune séparation entre les gîtes créant d’inévitables conflits entre les chiens présents.L'annonce n'est donc pas du tout correcte et prête à confusion; en sachant que ce que nous avons découvert, nous n'aurions jamais loué ce gîte.J'entends avoir des vacances privées avec une piscine privée et un terrain privé afin de laisser gambader mon berger malinois; cela n'a pas été le cas d'autant plus que je suis entré bien malgré moi en conflit avec le voisin de la Pichounette (le 3eme gîte), qui avait également un chien mais assez agressif.De ce fait, nous n'avons pas passé de bonnes vacances et nous ne reviendrons plus à cet endroit. J'espère que le propriétaire aura l'honnêteté de modifier son annonce afin que d'autres personnes ne tombent pas dans le panneau comme moi.

Hébergement idéal pour les cyclistes et les randonneurs souhaitant explorer la région autour du Mont Ventoux. La région offre un très grand choix de magnifiques balades à vélo, et le propriétaire très aimable et attentif partage volontiers de nombreux conseils et itinéraires pour découvrir les environs.La propriété, située dans un parc arboré et ombragé, est particulièrement agréable en période de forte chaleur. La petite piscine est également un vrai plus après une journée sportive. Cuisine bien équipée, climatisation, tout sur place.Boulangerie et supermarché se trouvent à une dizaine de minutes. Pour un plus large choix de restaurants, il faut prévoir de parcourir environ 12 à 15 km. Le restaurant le plus proche et recommandé (l'Oulo)se situe à l'extérieur de Mazan. Donc une location à recommander

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte. Le logement était très propre, parfaitement équipé. L’environnement est calme et agréable idéal pour se reposer et clôturer pour notre chien Parking sécurisé à l intérieur.Nous recommandons ce gîte sans hésitation.

Heerlijke plek! Schaduwrijk en tevens voldoende plek in de zon bij het fijne zwembad. Fijn huisje met airco, goede keukenuitrusting. Goede uitvalsbasis voor fietstochten, Mont-Ventoux en Bedoin. Prachtige omgeving. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar.

10 Tage im Mai 2025

Die drei Wohnungen auf dem Grundstück sind komplett zu unterschiedlichen Himmelsrichtungen ausgerichtet, sodass jede Wohnung ausreichend Privatsphäre bietet. Auch die Parkplätze sind angemessen von den einzelnen Wohnungen entfernt und dennoch kommt man nah genug heran, um Gepäck ein- und auszuladen.Der Pool liegt ebenfalls etwas abseits und ist durch Bäume/Sträucher blickgeschützt zu den Wohnungen.Das Grundstück bietet viel Schatten.Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Bilder entsprechen dem Ist-Zustand.Mazan ist ein. perfekter Ausgangspunkt sowohl für sportliche Aktivitäten (Rad fahren, wandern), als auch um die vielen, schönen Städte in der Provence und die abwechslungsreiche Landschaft zu erkunden. Vieles liegt im Umkreis von weniger als 50 km.Ein guter Ort für Erholung und Aktivität.Kontakt mit dem Vermieter durchweg positiv.

Ein Glücksgriff

Das Areal um das Ferienhaus ist wunderbar groß, umzäunt, mit hohen schattigen Bäumen bewachsen und alles, auch Haus und Pool, ist sehr gut gepflegt. Die drei Wohneinheiten sind sehr geschickt von einander getrennt, sodass man dennoch individuell wohnt. Viele schöne Ausflugsziele sind von dort aus gut zu erreichen. Der Vermieter und auch ein Hausverwalter vor Ort kümmern sich rührend, wenn doch einmal Hilfe nötig ist. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub mit vielen schönen Eindrücken.

Idyllischer, traumhafter Rückzugsort

Wunderschöne Unterkunft im Pinienwäldchen umgeben von Weinbergen. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem sympathischen und sehr hilfsbereiten Gastgeber . Nette Einweisung. Top-Ausstattung (weitaus mehr als zu erwarten war, insbesondere top-ausgestattete Küche). Tolles und stylisches Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. sehr sauber und gepflegt, mit dem besonderen Provence-Feeling. Unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen. Lieben Dank an Phillippe und sein Team.

Le paradis !

Nous louons régulièrement des gîtes pour vos vacances . Celui ci fut tout particulièrement apprécié. Un vrai bonheur de calme, de repos , de nature . Le gîte est parfaitement équipé et confortable . Nous avons déjà hâte de revenir !!!
