SKI IN/SKI OUT: the ski lift is right across the street (via pedestrian bridge directly from Summit Watch to lift area)!!!!! Then store your ski equipment in the hotel ski equipment storage facility or in your own unit.

FABULOUS LOCATION: right on Main Street in the Historic Old Town (stores, restaurants, entertainment, etc.).

1 BEDROOM SUITE: 950 sq ft spacious suite with a separate bedroom, living area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, whirlpool, washer/dryer in unit! One king bed and one queen sofa bed. Sleeping capacity for 4 people.
OPTIONAL ADDITION: We also have a Studio unit (one king bed + sofabed) that can also be rented (separate listing), if still available. It can be arranged to have the two units combined to make a two bedroom suite.
Complimentary Wi-Fi service in unit.
Being a timeshare, the maid service will be an additional arrangement that you can order if desired.

Some skiers have mentioned some other ads are scams (they paid for reservations that didn’t exist!). For your reassurance we can provide numerous ways for you to feel comfortable this is a legitimate offer (including obtaining confirmation of your reservation directly from Marriott, giving you verification of our identities and our professional work, etc.).

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
I will refund you the following via VRBO:
For 72 hours after booking: 90% refundable
Until 6 months prior to the rental start date: 50% refundable
Until 2 months prior to the rental start date: 25% refundable
After that, nonrefundable.
