This cabin is so unique and the grounds were beautiful. It can be difficult to find after dark but it is in the center of everything on the island. The host is friendly and the dog If you love a firm mattress this is the place for you. We did not cook in the cottage but bring coffee supplies if you like it first thing in the morning. I would stay here again for sure!
Better than advertised . What a lovely space From a super sweet dog to the gorgeous gardens, to the house, that’s so beautifully laid out and the furnishings and the cleanliness just can’t say enough great things about Becky and her place .
Cute cottage centrally located to everything on the island. We enjoyed walking around the beautiful garden and picking strawberries! Plenty of space for us (3 adults infant) including space for us to set up infant gear in the bigger bedroom. We loved the window seat in the kitchen. Plenty of towels, dishes, blankets, basic condiments, etc. provided. Drive slowly down the private lane, especially if you are in a car with low clearance.
Cute two-story, two bathroom (one downstairs & one upstairs) great for families or couples or friends. The property is beautiful and away from town. Lots of privacy. Seems like we were only 20 minutes or less from anywhere. Becky the host was great and you'll be able to see her beautiful paintings throughout house. We would definitely stay here again.
WHAT ELSE COULD WE POSSIBLY SAYThis house was made for girls trips. Images do not do this home justice!! From the art (by Becky herself) that covers each wall to the gardens filled with every flower you could think of— we didn’t want to leave!! There are picturesque views and unique discoveries around every corner that you wouldn’t get anywhere else because they built it! If you’re planning to stay here, plan for at least one night in to eat dinner on the garden patio overlooking the pond!!QUAINT!!!But also majestic, whimsical and vibrant. This whole property is a work of art! Better call Becky with the good house

What a magical stay we had! The property and the cottage were absolutely beautiful and clean. It felt like we were living in a fairy cottage. Becky was very friendly and gave us a tour of her art studio and we purchased some prints. We also were lucky enough to purchase a dozen of her chicken’s eggs and made a delicious breakfast with them. The kitchen was well-stocked, and everything provided felt very intentional! Cell service is essentially non-existent but the wifi was good. Lots of DVDs to go through and get cozy. Becky’s dog Lulu is a delight. This was the perfect location for a woodland retreat, we’ll definitely be back!
Really a beautiful garden setting in which the commitment and love of the host family to the land really permeates. The host was very quietly available and generous. And the property is very close to everything. We had a wonderful stay.
