The villa has a beautiful private infinity pool overlooking the sea, 4 double / twin bedrooms, hydromassage Jacuzzi (2024) all with air conditioning and private bathroom, 2 kitchens, one inside, the other overlooking the pool and 2 other shared bathrooms. It is equipped with TV, gas barbecue, fireplaces, ping pong table, WiFi internet and covered storage for cars. Well separated from the neighboring houses, surrounded by hedges and trees, the villa offers silence, privacy and all the necessary comforts for a splendid holiday. Perfect for both families and groups of friends, the property has at least a dozen nearby beaches.

Fantastic location

We were 8 visitors in the age span from 15 - 55, and we enjoyed every minute. The house has a breathtaking view, and has several cozy zones, for recreation and socialization. The home was clean and the AC was very good. The host was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. We only have positive things to say and can highly recommend the superb location. We hope to be back!

Just superb. A magical property that has been well thought out and caters for all types. Valerio and the team are super helpful at any time. The view and surroundings are spectacular. The air con works perfectly. The pool and hot tub are a proper luxury!The table tennis table provides extra entertainment. Nearby shops (5 min drive) are well stocked (a bit more expensive as it’s a seaside town). The fish market is superb. Beaches are between 5 and 20 mins depending on what you are looking for. All round a 5* stay!

Wonderful vacation

We spent two beautiful weeks in this gorgeous house with the amazing view and everything All around. The Owner is very friendly, kind, helpful and reachable at anytime for whatever you wanna know! The Pool area with the Kitchen and Bathroom is very useful, nice and you can spend the whole day there, wether it´s sunny or rainy, there is enough place for every weather. Overall the House was very clean,comfortable and peaceful. It has everything you need for a beautiful vacation!

Wonderful!

This place is wonderful-even better than the photos. The view is spectacular, the pool amazing, the house is well-stocked and comfortable. The aircon is a bonus on very hot days. The bbq was great. And Valerio couldn’t be more accommodating. Absolutely 5 star place to stay with beautiful beaches within easy reach by car. Just lovely in every way. Thank you Valerio!

Wow, what a beautiful villa. The views were amazing. We could have stopped on the terrace looking at the view for hours. We all loved the pool.So many beaches to choose from. Some are walkable but not when it’s really hot.you definitely need google maps to find your way around. There are two small supermarkets not far away, one that does lots of barbecue meats etc. We also hired a boat from one of the beaches and swam in the beautiful blue sea in the bays. We really didn’t want to leave.

Wonderful place!

Our family of 5 ( 3 grown up children ) arrived at night when it was dark …then we woke up to that jaw dropping view! Unforgettable … The villa has everything you could possibly need. We have stayed in a lot of villas … we are fussy ….but this was the best villa we ever stayed in. The host waited for us and explained everything. The little beaches on either side are great … still not too busy at the end of June …so you don’t need to go to the other more famous beaches for that experience. Warm sea, lovely sand, dry off with an aperol spritz in hand … bliss. Our routine after breakfast was relaxing and swimming in the pool … then off to the beach (or siteseeing) in afternoon. The market and fish shop at the bottom of the hill have everything for epic bbqs and don’t miss the pizzeria / restaurant beside the market. You will need a car to get around . This was one of our best ever holidays! Thanks Valerio! 10/10

Lovely villa with spectacular views

Really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, well equipped villa with fantastic views across the Bay of Cagliari.It was hot and we were very glad of the air conditioning in the bedrooms and the lovely pool. There is also plenty of shade around the pool to escape the midday sun, and a table tennis table in the shady recess next to the pool area which we all really enjoyed using. Upstairs there is a lovely dining area with spectacular views across the bay especially at sunset. The BBQ is a modern large gas one and it got a lot of use! There is a well stocked local supermarket that has its own butchers counter and bakery, and next door to it is a fishmonger which has excellent fresh fish (recommend the sardines for the BBQ!).There are two beaches close by, one of which never seemed to be busy and where you could hire stand up paddle boards and peddle boats. Water was lovely and warm and some of the clearest I've seen anywhere in the world. (For a day boat trip with snorkelling I'd recommend the Matilda 2 out of Villasimius harbour which is about 20 mins away) The road surfaces in the village and leading to the villa are a little rough and could do with a resurface , but that was the same for many of the roads we travelled on in South Sardinia. Finally the host Valerio was fantastic, very good communications leading up to our stay and once there he was always available for any queries or advice(for example promptly sorting out the empty gas cylinder and recommending local restaurants.)

Wunderschönes Haus! Genau, wie beschrieben. Der Ausblick ist so unglaublich. Von jedem Raum kann man das Meer sehen. Die Bäder waren sehr modern. Alles war super sauber. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett! Haben den Pool und den Whirlpool gerne benutzt. Die Anfahrt war jedes Mal ein Erlebnis an sich ;) Wäre es nicht so teuer, würden wir viel öfter kommen.

Wir (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) durften 10 wundervolle Tage in der Villa von Valerio verbringen – und sind einfach nur begeistert! Valerio ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, stets erreichbar, hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend.Die Villa selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen: Sie ist top gepflegt, makellos sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet – es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend und ein echtes Highlight. Auch der Pool verdient besondere Erwähnung – er war bei Groß und Klein gleichermaßen beliebt.Es gab absolut nichts zu beanstanden, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und werden ganz sicher wiederkommen. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Das Haus, der Pool und der Ausblick haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Valerio, der Vermieter, war jederzeit erreichbar, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Während des Aufenthalts wurden sogar Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewechselt, sich um Pool und Garten gekümmert. Die Küche war super ausgestattet mit Gewürzen, Ölen etc. Geschirr und Besteck waren mehr als genug vorhanden. Auch die Sommerküche unten am Pool war ein Highlight.

Toller Familienurlaub

Sauberes Objekt mit tollem Ausblick aufs Meer. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr zuvorkommender Hausbesitzer, welcher stets hilfsbereit ist. Haben den Pool und den Jacuzzi ausgiebig genutzt. Terrasse lädt zu tollen Abenden ein. Für ausreichenden Mückenabwehr muss man gerüstet sein. Waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern zu Gast. Platzt mehr als genug. Mehr Urlaubsvilla geht fast nicht.

Villa avec panorama fantastique

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse. L'accueil de Valerio a été chaleureux malgré notre arrivée tardive dans la soirée. Il a été d'une attention admirable, disponible si besoin et nous a donné des conseils et des informations très utiles que nous avons testés et suivis. La maison était tout simplement magnifique. Tout y était. Aucun détail n'a été oublié. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain privée. C'est top. La vue est splendide, la piscine est juste géniale. Que du bonheur tout au long de la semaine. Merci encore a Valerio pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Nous espérons revenir dans cette maison et nous la recommandons vivement.
