About this property

Seaside apartment with garden

The apartment is in Quartu Sant'Elena, 30 minutes from Cagliari airport and 13 km from the port and railway station of Cagliari. Our villa is 300 m from the sea and in a few minutes you can reach the large Poetto beach and the enchanting beaches of the south-eastern coast of Sardinia. The apartment is in the basement very large and cool in the summer season but it is also air-conditioned and includes a double bedroom with 32 "LCD TV, a large bathroom, a large living area with a comfortable sofa and a 32" LCD TV. a kitchen area with kitchenette, fridge, microwave, coffee maker etc. The living area can be set up with a sofa bed for up to 2 people, depending on the needs of the guests, and an additional cot and a baby cot can be added to the double bedroom. The free WiFi connection also in the very shady garden and equipped with chairs and table for guests, we accept pets. Parking in the street of the property is always available.
