Avantages : Appartement bien situé à deux pas de la plage avec tous commerces à proximité. Parking privé appréciable car pas moyen de se garer en haute saison.

Rien à dire sur l'hébergement: Situation idéale, studio très agréable et bien équipé. Accueil cordial et sympathique. Hélas la météo ne nous a pas gâtés: à peine quelques jours de vrai soleil sur 19, dommage ….

Un peu déçus

Points positifs : studio très bien placé en bord de mer. Bien équipé. Points négatifs : très bruyant jour et nuit car côté parking et au dessus de restaurants (forcément odeurs de cuisine). Place de parking numérotée mais occupée par un autre véhicule à notre arrivée et régulièrement pdt notre semaine. .. Salle de bain à revoir au niveau de la douche et du lababo. Ménage pas fait du tout à notre arrivée... Bien que nous ne soyons pas des maniaques du balai, nous avons séjourné avec notre chat pdt 1 semaine et avons pourtant rendu les lieux infiniment plus propres que nous les avions trouvé.

Très bon séjour, appartement très agréable

Résidence en rénovation, balcon de l'appartement reconstruit à neuf. Agréable appartement décoré avec goût, qui s'ouvre avec baie coulissante neuve sur nouveau balcon carrelé. Place de parking à l'intérieur de la résidence, très appréciable : les places étant peu disponibles si près des plages. Promenades sur front de mer très agréables.

Séjour à ANGLET

Bonjour, Notre séjour en appartement à Anglet fût très agréable, appartement bien douillé, propre, literie confortable, cuisine bien équipée, même si le balcon donnait sur le parking ce fût très agréable de regarder les hauteurs de la ville d'Anglet. Sans oublier l'océan, ainsi que les restaurants et magasins à proximité. Que demander de plus? Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir sûrement l'année prochaine. Merci à vous

location appt 16 esplade gascon anglet

appartement 1er étage au dessus des derrières restaurants, odeurs d'huiles et eaux usées, bruits d'embauches des salariés, porte fenètre obligé d'ètre fermé pour actionner le volet roulant ,vu la chaleur de cet été cela n'a pas été facile.balcon etayé , retrouvions le matin des morceaux de beton sur la table qui était dehors.(dangereux si c'est friable).
