This property has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4) and is south facing with a large balcony.
The open kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, freezer, etc.); bathroom with bathtub and private garage in the residence.
A master bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a secondary bedroom with 2 separate beds that can make a large bed; many closets and storage available.
Unlimited WiFi access.

This apartment is located in the heart of the family and residential area of Sainte Marguerite, only 200m from the large Bonne Source beach (Bel Air children's club, beach restaurant and coastal path) and 1km from the thalassotherapy center at Château des Tourelles.
Main shops in the immediate vicinity (see attached map); market 100m 2 times a week in summer and Saturdays out of season.

splendide et idealement situé

L'appartement correspond aux photos, il est même encore plus beau dans la réalité.Tout est prévu et les propriétaires ont à coeur de vous faire bénéficier d'un séjour idéal.Ils ont même laissé des jeux pour nos enfants ce qui a été très apprécié.Nous avons été très bien accueilli et tous les renseignements pratiques nous ont été précieux. L'océan est vraiment à deux pas et la plage parfaite et familiale. Appartement à recommander .Nous y retournerons volontiers.

Appartement conforme à sa descrition. Prestations de qualité, propre et bien entretenu, bonne literie, décoré avec gout, très fonctionnel. Bien situé dans un quartier calme, petits commerçants et marché de quartier à 100m. Belle plage de sable à 200m , pas besoin de voiture! Bon accueil . Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Location fantastique : agencement et aménagement de l'appartement parfaits. Location tout à fait fidèle au descriptif. Accueil très agréable (chouette surprise du propriétaire) et appartement "kids friendly", ce qui n'est pas le cas partout. Situation idéale, tout près d'une très belle plage surveillée. Terrasse qui permet de profiter aussi de l'extérieur. Une adresse à garder!

L'appartement correspond en tout point au descriptif. Très bien équipé et soigneusement décoré. Sa situation est parfaite à quelques mètres de la plage Bonne Source. Idéal pour les enfants avec la mise à dispo des équipements. Particulièrement exigeants nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement très agréable , spacieux , bien équipé , décoré avec goût , et très bien situé pour profiter de la plage avec les enfants. La mise à disposition d'un lit de bébé et de chaises hautes est un plus , l'accueil sympatique avec un cadeau de bienvenue . Nous avons tout simplement envie d'y revenir .

Un appartement au calme, situé à quelques mètres de la plage de Bonne Source... Décoré avec beaucoup de goût, très bien équipé. Une vraie terrasse sur laquelle il est possible de déjeuner ou dîner au soleil ou bien se prélasser.
