*** nouveau et exclusif : la résidence est au pied de la TYROLIENNE LA PLUS PENTUE d'Europe (descente en duo possible à plus de 90km/h sur 1000 mètres). Sensations fortes et admiration du paysage garanties toute l'année ! ***

Très agréable appartement F2 refait à neuf en 2020 avec balcon, salle de bain, TV TNT et DVD, lave-vaisselle et frigidaire neufs. ⛷ Idéalement situé dans une résidence calme, aux pieds des pistes du Col de La Faucille (le télésiège est situé à quelques mètres de la résidence) au sein de la réserve naturelle de la haute chaîne du Jura, à l'entrée d'un village avec tous commerces et à 7km de la frontière Suisse. ☀️ Dès avril, et tout l'été : Escalade, Parcours Aventure, Canyoning, VTT, Randonnée, Baignade, Golf, Lac, Parapente (voir le site monts-jura com). En juin 2022, ouverture de la plus rapide tyrolienne d'Europe (950m de dénivelé a 90km/h). Le télésiège au pied de l'appartement vous y amène. 😊 ❄️ En hiver, de novembre à avril : accès via le télésiège au domaine skiable du Col de la Faucille (sublime vue sur le Mont Blanc et toute la vallée de Genève). 2 Écoles de ski, comprenant des cours pour les tout-petits. Ski de piste (50 km de pistes). Surf: • Snow Park (8 modules de saut avec le lac Léman et la chaîne des Alpes pour décor naturel ) • Le Boarder X tracé dans les sapins. Le forfait donne aussi droits d'aller skier au 2nd domaine skiable situé dans un village à 20mn de Mijoux : Lélex. Vous pouvez aussi préférer le Ski de fond à La Vattay (à 9 minutes en voiture) : 140 km de pure liberté en pleine nature — champs et campagne baignés de neige, un vrai bonheur !

Why they chose this property

It is a family place, where we are used to go since kids. This is a great place where we always had a lot of fun skiing or walking. There is a beautiful nature there even sometimes we encounter chamois. Finally, no need to use the car. We leave the apartment by chairlift, skiing / snowboarding at the foot, and returned in the evening by the green track, skiing. A trip to the bakery / supermarket at 5 minutes, or restaurants evenings in the village are also part of our memories.
