Absolutely stunning villa close to all amenities and beautiful beach, plenty room for more than 12 people or 2 or more families, the villa has the most comfortable beds and all the utensils you would need to make your stay perfect

We had an excellent stay. It is really well positioned for local restaurants and beaches. The villa was lovely with lots of space inside and out with everything you could need provided. Elena was a great host and very quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great week at the villa, the villa was lovely and even better than the pictures online. Really clean, well equipped and great location. Elena was great and allowed us to leave our bags for our last day left as we had a late flight home. Would highly recommend

Excellent property

Excellent location close to beach and shops. Plenty of space inside and outside for 2 families. Pool lovely. Owner very helpful with couple of small issues we raised and allowed us to leave our luggage on the last day until our taxi came.Would stay again.

This is a luxurious, spacious holiday home in a convenient location for the beach, bars/restaurants, and shopping. Elena is an exceptionally responsive and helpful host. A special feature of the property are three large sun terraces - front, back, and on the roof.

Luxurious house in good location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property is very well equipped and spacious. Comfortable beds, great small swimming pool, ping-pong table was a nice extra! Good location for beach and local restaurants and shops.

Back again!

Second time staying at this fabulous property in the best location! Exceptionally well equipped, and Elena is a very attentive host - a minor problem with the electric canopy was solved in less than 24 hours. We discovered more great restaurants close by and will be returning next year!

Excellent home!

We stayed here with our 4 children (ages 6-14). It was excellent for our group! It was clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen, and the location was excellent! We walked to the beach everyday and walked to grab groceries or to go to a restaurant- it was next to everything we needed. (It is not in a quiet area - we could hear music from resorts nearby at night- but this wasn’t bothersome or an issue- but good to know for people who are looking for a more quiet, secluded rental).We travel a lot with our family around the world and we have stayed in many rental homes. This one was one of our favorites! It was true to its listing, provided everything we needed, clean (so important!!) and a perfect location. I would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent location

Fabulous villa excellent location, host Elena was superb, very friendly, helpful. We had a major problem with the boiler springing a leak on the Sunday to which someone was out to it within minutes and replaced boiler the next morning - very impressed - would definitely stay again was idea for our family Holiday

Fabulous Villa in Del Duque

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Villa to other larger groups and extended families. The Villa is well situated for walking to all areas around Costa Adeje and Plaza del Duque. The Villa itself is very spacious inside, with several lovely outdoor seating and lounging areas available. We had a slight issue with initial check in at the Villa but it was resolved by the host Elana and quickly forgotten once we began our fabulous holiday.

Great location, perfect for family or group

Could not be a better location in the heart of the hotel and shopping of Coste Adeje. 2 blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Villa was clean, pool was in great shape. Garage available for rental car, so parking was easy. Elena, the host, was immediately responsive and very helpful.

Great Location and Venue

We were a family of 11 and there was plenty of space at the villa for everyone to have their own space. The pool was lovely, and although the weather was lovely and warm we were glad we had the pool heated. Elena met us on arrival and was extremely helpful. The Villa is close to all amenities and everything you need is a short walk away. The water park is also only a short taxi ride away. Thank you Elena for a lovely stay, we will hopefully be back again!

Loved it, would go back in a heart beat!

We had a fantastic stay at the villa, amazing location and loved the heated pool! Check in was great with the lovely Elena. Water filter was fantastic saving us lots of money and carrying bottled water from the super market. The only thing we would change was the internet connection, as it only really worked in the main living room so we used a lot of data! Thank you again, we hope to return soon.

Fantastic Half Term Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely and well equipped property. We were a party of 2 families, 4 adults and 5 children and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is in an excellent location for shops, restaurants and to head to either Fanabe or Del Duqe beach, in fact it was closer than we anticipated from the listing. The house has everything we needed, with lovely views down to the sea and over Costa Adeje. We enjoyed a few mornings and afternoons by the pool at the Villa because it was just so nice - again I was pleasantly surprised as we normally like to get out and about. Would love to return in the future. Thank you.

Amazing Villa

I only have good things to say about this fantastic Villa, the pictures on the Vrbo site do not do it justice, the place was pristine and spotlessly clean, great pool area with sunbeds to relax, great views of the mountains yet minutes walk away from the sea, bedrooms and beds were well appointed and the kitchen well stocked for utensils, glasses etc. Large bathrooms...i could go on! I really recommend this place as somewhere special for a family it does sleep up to 11 prople comfortably and the Villa is so spacious you wouldnt feel claustrophobic if you did take 11. Some lovely shops and restaurants close by and aa mentioned minutes from the beach. A shout out needs to go to Elena our host who was rapidly responsive with the stupid questions i had, like locking myself out of the safe. Really friendly and welcoming. Treat yourself and give it a try, you wont be disappointed. 10/10.

A Family Week in Adeje

Overall the villa was lovely, good bedrooms and bathrooms and plenty of outside space on different levels. Generally well equipped but we felt the fridge was too small for the number of visitors, not helped by some of the storage shelves being broken reducing the usable space further and being awkward to use. The water filter was a godsend saving us the cost and carrying involved in buying bottled water. The BBQ seemed a bit underpowered. There was one safety issue which we raised with the pool man - the bottom drain guard in the pool was broken in a way that a child’s foot could conceivably get trapped! This needs to be fixed soonest. Good location with easy beach access and close to shops for day to day needs. A nice part of the resort and a comfortable villa for our party of nine ranging from 3 to 73! Elena was very helpful indeed throughout the process, responding to questions very quickly.
