We love the desert and plan to spend more time in our vacation home as we get nearer to finally retiring, we wish to share our lovely home with vacationers that also love the desert. We hope that your stay in our home gives the sense of comfort and joy that we feel every time we are here. We furnished and provided our home with all that one needs to relax and relish your time in Arizona.
Why they chose this property
When looking for a home we had a wish list which this house met 100%. We wanted a house with manageable size, one level living, swimming pool (must have), backing onto green space or golf course (no neighbors fish bowl effect), 3 car garage and RV parking for a small RV or 'toys', plus we wanted to have quick access to the freeways. We also chose the West Valley due to great access to shopping, secure neighborhoods and being in surrounded by newer developments plus its real close to NFL, NHL, MLB Spring Training and NASCAR. The bonus of this area is also the great golf courses with great green fees deals.
What makes this property unique
Our home is in a great location and neighborhood, it’ll feel like home to all our guests. Our home is also near Luke Airforce Base (without hearing the sounds of fighter jets) which makes it an ideal location for military personnel to house their families while training at Luke AFB. Military personnel please inquire on our Servicemen discount especially in June, July, August and September.
