This 145-acre resort features beautiful wooded views along with a swimming pool, on-site restaurants, lounges, and more. You will feel right at home with a full kitchen, washer & dryer and balcony to sit and enjoy your favorite beverage. Another plus is a 50'" Smart TV in living room with DVD player and 42" Smart TV in MBR and 32" Flat screen in 2dn BR. This condo is just beautiful and decorated very tastefully. The view of the lake is spectacular. You will want to visit this condo time after time, a wonderful vacation condo to make fond memories.

The Apache Pier located on the beach is the longest wooden pier on the East Coast - it is just a 10 minute walk and provides a great fishing site and other attractions like an arcade and casual oceanfront dining at Croakers at the Pier.
Kingston is minutes away from shopping at the Tanger Outlet, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing and much more. World class dining opportunities abound both inside and outside the gates.

When we walked inside and saw that the of the Lakefront view we were sold.
What makes this property unique
Parking at your door, no parking decks, no elevators. In the afternoon and evening it is away form al the loud music and noise of the ocean front. Easier to get to beach than ocean front high rises.
Parking Parking is not reserved. It is first come, first served. On a busy nigh you may not be able to park at the front door. There is ample parking on Westleton Drive, less than a 30 second walk in lighted parking lot. There is an over flow parking lot. There has never been a time that anyone in15 years has anyone had to use the over flow parking that is known.
