The apartment is very pleasant to live in and very bright, the decoration is neat and fresh. It has a terrace of 50 m2 without opposite with the neighbors and a garden ideal for the children.the equipped kitchen is spacious and comprises many arrangements and equipment (furnace, plate 4 fires, hood, dishwasher) and much of crockery at your disposal. In the living room you will find a television plasma screen of 82 cm with a DVD player. All the floor of the apartment is in traditional wooden parquet, the 2 bedrooms have large closets and the beds have all mattresses in bultex.
The tenant must clean the apartment on departure and return it as clean as he found it. Sheets and linens are offered but no 15/06/2024 to 07/09/2024
The WI Fi is offered.
The apartment is located at the bottom of the house on the ground floor, accessible by a descent (unfortunately not possible for a handicapped or very old person).

Superbe semaine chez Florence. Appartement très bien amenagé, équipé et decoré. L'extérieur est vraiment très très agréable, sans aucun vis à vis ; on oublie totalement être dans la même maison que les propriétaires.Et quel environnement calme ! On n'entend absolument pas l'autoroute (qui semble si proche sur une carte).La ligne de bus n17, au bout de la rue (1min à pied) permet de rejoindre le centre-ville et les plages en 15 min.

Très Belle Semaine

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine à saint jean de luz et les alentours qui restent de très beaux endroits à visiter. L'appartement était nickel ! super bien équipé ! et très joli et très bien décoré. Nous avons tous apprécié ce moment qui fut trop court comme toutes les vacances. Merci

Appartement très fonctionnel

Appartement situé au rdv d’une belle maison basque, très fonctionnel et très bien équipé, avec en plus la jouissance d’un bout de jardin, salon de jardin, tonnelle, bbq. De plus, les propriétaires sont très gentils et attentionnés. J’y reviendrais avec grand plaisir 😎 Séjour à recommander !!

Un séjour très agréable, hors saison touristique

L'appartement est très confortable. Soigneusement équipé et décoré avec soin, il permet de bien se ressourcer entre deux journées de balade dans les environs. Florence et Jean-Marc ont a cœur de bien recevoir chez eux. Ils discutent facilement et transmettent des conseils sur leur région qu'ils connaissent très bien. Pour celles et ceux qui cuisinent (mon cas), les couteaux mis à disposition dans la cuisine sont parfaitement aiguisés; c'est rare et très appréciable. Mes 3 étoiles sur la propreté de l'hébergement n'est pas une note sanction mais bien une notation dans une démarche d'amélioration (je n'ignore pas le "soutien logistique" de Jean-Marc ...) : l'appartement était globalement propre, sauf que j'ai dû nettoyer moi-même des éléments trouvés sales à mon arrivée : hotte de cuisine, vitre du meuble haut à droite de la hotte, lèchefrite du four, miroir du lavabo de la salle de bain. Les produits nettoyants mis à disposition ne sont pas de bonne qualité et les éponges révèlent leur limite pour un nettoyage efficace. Quelques chiffons d'essuyage lavables seraient bienvenus. Enfin, les serviettes de bain n'étaient pas fournies. Pour un futur séjour en Pays Basque du côté de Saint-Jean-de-Luz, par exemple entre amis ou avec la famille élargie, je reviendrai très probablement chez Florence et Jean-Marc. D'ici là, est-ce que la 4L rouge aura reçu ses nouvelles fenêtres arrières coulissantes ? C'est l'avenir qui le dira ;)

Appartement tres propre ,tres confortable,entierement refait .c est calme et on peut garer sa voiture devant la maison On s y sent bien et il est parfaitement équipé ( cuisine ou autres )) La propretaire tres chaleureuse et disponible ,donne une foule d informations sur la region .

Une location sans doute plus agréable l'été

Le logement est au calme, très bien équipé (électroménager, vaisselle, patères en nombre) et la décoration y est très soignée. La possibilité de garer sa voiture est également très appréciable d'autant que vous serez obligés de rouler pour vous rendre en centre ville. En revanche, il est important de savoir qu'il se trouve en contre-bas de la maison et qu'on y accède par une pente très raide. De ce fait, il est aussi extrêmement humide et il est nécessaire d'aérer régulièrement afin d'éviter la formation d'odeurs et de bien assainir l'air. A déconseiller aux asthmatiques. Les échanges avec les propriétaires ont été courtois et ils se sont montrés arrangeants pour l'arrivée et le départ.

Location d un appartement

Les photos de l annonce n étaient pas très exactes. Pour un *** il y a un manque. Je pense qu abritel ne fait pas son travail car il devrait visiter ses sites plus souvent. Il manquait une photo de l extérieur de l arrivée à la location. Par contre les propriétaires etaient sympas, mais absents a l arrivée et au départ. J ai donné des locations à abritel et ce n est que mon avis personnel, mais cela me semblait un site plus sérieux. Dommage car pour la prochaine location, je ferais sans eux.

Magnifica estancia

Todo según se puede ver en las fotos. Zona muy muy tranquila. Se puede dejar el coche junto a la casa. Las personas que nos atendieron, tanto Florence como un señor, muy correctos y amables. En la casa hay todo lo necesario para la estancia. Todo perfecto.
