7 minute walk to beautiful South Beach, quiet end unit and amazing new kitchen.
Minutes to the beach. End unit with private entrance and covered parking that leads directly to your entrance door. Our Pool is beautiful and has lovely landscaping.. Both the living room and master bedroom have a view of the pool where you can sit on the lanai and enjoy morning coffee or a late night tea or glass of wine. Every room has a screened Lanai making our home very bright and airy.
Master bedroom with en suite shower and private bathroom, large walk in closet and lanai. 2nd bedroom has large walk in closet and private lanai, central bath and full laundry. Florida room/den also has queen bed for extra guests. 2.5 baths, full eat in kitchen with lanai, large living room with lanai, separate dining room for additional seating and more formal dinners. The carport is covered and leads directly to your private entrance. Amenities include large pool, chickee Hut, hot tub/spa, tennis courts, 4 bicycles, pickle ball and shuffleboard court. New hurricane sliders installed July 2023 throughout

We are from Buffalo NY and visited Marco Island many times with my sister and her family. We loved it so much that when we found this beautiful property we wanted to make it our home away from home. While we are far from retirement, we do plan to spend winters in paradise when that time comes. In the mean time, we hope you enjoy our home and Marco Island as much as we do!
What makes this property unique
One of the nicest features of our home is of course the location which is a quick 7 minute walk to the beach, this location, coupled with our condo's large square footage provides plenty of space and room to move around. Each room has a screened lanai which gives plenty of fresh air and with the 3 floor layout, everyone can find peace and quiet if they need to.
