The main house is located in a very peaceful area ,it is parted into 1 bedroom with 2 beds 1 bathroom ensuite,2 rooms with 2 beds,1 bathroom,1 living room,1 separate kitchen.In the house annexe 2 bedrooms,2 bathrooms,1 big veranda.
All beds and windows with mosquitos nets.
Kilifi is on the Kenya north coast, half-way between Mombasa and Malindi,the Indian Ocean enters into the mainland forming a deep inlet,which in English is known as a 'creek'.In its narrowest part a few hundred meters from the sea a bridge connect Mnarani to Kilifi,further inland,the creek widens into a big lake and divides into dozens of channels,many of them are navigable,(in this unique area the house is located) ,about 50 meters from the property to one of the several sandy cove beaches,this beach has been the scenery for the well known french movie 'L'Africain' with Catherine Deneuve and Philippe Noiret ,large verandah facing west, beautifull sunsets,overlooking the forest to the creek,spot for all water sports,peacefull area for bird watching,sun beds around the swimming pool for lazing around.Our cook Muramba will be pleased to prepare for you african dishes with coconuts as well as what you like (he knows about european cuisine). Fishermen will come to the gate to offer their day catch ( fish,lobster,prawns,crabs)Our gardener Saidi will take you around the garden to explain the different species of tropical trees & plants,also he will be pleased to take you to Giriamas villages nearby, 1 kayak for 2 available,dart board,boules,books,chess,card games.

"Superbe villa située dan...

"Superbe villa située dans un cadre enchanteur, une vue à couper le souffle avec de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Le chant des oiseaux au réveil. Margareth et Georges sont des hôtes remarquables d'une infinie gentillesse et d'un sens profond du partage. Grâce à eux nous avons découvert les us et coutumes d'un magnifique pays. Mouramba et Seïdi (le cuisinier et le jardinier) sont là pour nous aider et s'occupent de tout, tant au niveau domestique que touristique. A découvrir les très typiques tuku-tuku si pratique pour les petits déplacements."

"My husband and I enjoyed a most relaxing few days at Sunset Villa for our Wedding Anniversary- it was everything and more the advert said it was.Very peaceful and the view was breathtaking to wake up to in the morning.The villa was spotless and had everything including an amazing chef ! we needed as we never left this special haven. The staff were very polite and more than helpful. I was over whelmed with the beautiful gardens.A painter or writer's paradise as so tranquil.We would recommend the Sunset experiance if you just want to chill and relax. Congratulations Margurite and George on your beautiful creation !"

Simple home, well maintained and the host was very available. The children enjoyed the house very much - the kayaking boats and the proximity to the beach. The staff were also very helpful.

Bjr , dès notre arrivé a l'aéroport Mombasa la nuit on a trouvé un chauffeut a notre attente directement a la maison onarrive a 23h , un cuisinier nous attend avec diner chaud , maison de 3ch a coucher équipées toute de moustiquaires , grand salon , grande véranda , le tt bien meublé , propre , avec notre cuisinier Marimba très charmant prèt tjrs a ns préparer le manger sur demande surtout les fruits de mer que les pêcheurs nous proposent à la porte de notre maison chaque matin de la plage a150m, superbe piscine traitée quotidien , sans oublier le Touktouk tjrs disponible pour tt déplacement ( 3 € ) , et sans oublier l'acueil de mme Marguerite propriétaire et son mari qui nous on bien éclairé sur les lieux et les attractions . On vous en remercie

On a passé avec mon ami 2 super semaines à la Sunset Villa. Le décor et le cadre de vie est à tomber par terre! Et que des dire de l'accueil qui nous a été réservé !!! Je recommande vivement ce lieux pour des vacances entre amis ou en famille !

Absolument parfait ! Résidence(s) en plein coeur de la nature, non loin d'un petit village kényan. Vue sur la crique, qui se jette à quelques centaines de mètres dans l'Océan Indien. Un mot pour résumer le séjour passé sur place : calme. Le calme dans lequel la résidence est baignée est absolu, troublé par quelques oiseaux seulement. Chambres très confortables, salon accueillant, cuisine équipée comme il faut et terrasse envoûtante de par la vue et le calme, je conseille vivement les villas si vous souhaitez passer un agréable moment à l'étranger. 10mn en tuk-tuk de Kilifi, plusieurs hôtels à proximité pour des activités nautiques ou tout simplement pour boire un coup, et bien évidemment un personnel adorable. Je recommande.

un voyage extraordinaire grâce à l'accueil de nos hôtes avec muramba aux commandes pour manager, nous aider au marché, à organiser nos journées, à Saïda pour la nature et surtout son village, à Jonathan pour un magnifique safari à Tsavo. Une belle aventure humaine et naturelle. La vue sur la crique est magnifique, les baignades magiques. Nos enfants petits et grands ont vécu une grande aventure.

Dit vakantiehuis is sterk aan te bevelen,huis prachtig, omgeving zalig.Personeel enorm goed, zeer lekker eten,enorm hulpvaardig qua uitstappen,opkuisen,uitleg over alles en nog wat.Zeer aangenaam personeel.We zijn enorm goed ontvangen bij aankomst.Geen enkele vraag was hen te veel,in Kilifi everything is possible is hun motto.Wij gaan zeker terug.Onze kinderen 13,15,19 waren ook zeer enthousiast,boottocht mat Mramba,bezoek aan verschillende dorpen,gewoonweg FORMIDABEL. Huis,zwembad,tuin zeer ruim en netjes.Voldoende plaats voor 5 personen,originele ,maar ruime badkamers. Wij gaan terug!!!!!

"We enjoyed staying in Sunset Villas very much. Saidi showed himself as high level cook and manager and gave us even more assistance than we expected. All the stuff including Salim, Muramba were very kind. The villa and swimming pool was cleaned every day, the meal prepared by Saidi was perfect. Thank you!!!"

"we had a perfect holiday . The food cooked for us was excellent . The staff were so helpful taking us to their local village and schools . We got a real understanding of kenyan life. They organised trips for us . We had nothing to do or think about as they over saw to all our needs . The house was very clean . The pool was not small as the photographs seem to indicate . The view from the house was lovely and the gardens very pretty ."

After a week of safari, this was the perfect spot for relaxation. "Pobyt w Sunset Villa bardzo udany. Dom i ogród bardzo piękne. Zatoka ( Kilifi Creek ) oddalona o kilkaset metrów. Przemili Gospodarze a za razem właściciele posesji. Personel zatrudniony w Sunset Villi w pełni profesjonalny , bardzo przyjazny i skory do pomocy na każdym kroku. Kucharz Muramba naprawdę wspaniale gotuje. Ogrodnik Saidi dba o ogród, służy swą wiedzą i pomocą w razie problemów a Salim codziennie dba o basen na posesji. Nocnego „ochroniarza” nie udało nam się poznać… poruszał się w ciemności nocy i strzegł bezszelestnie naszego bezpieczeństwa. Miesiąc cudownego pobytu w Kenii minął niepostrzeżenie. Było SUPER. Wiem jedno… niebawem… może nawet w tym roku wrócimy do Sunset Villa.. Dziękujemy wszystkim i do zobaczenia wkrótce… Stay in Sunset Villa very successful. House as well garden very fair. Gulf ( Kilifi Creek ) away a hundred metre. Owners are nice and friendly. The crew of Sunset Villa engaged and fully professional. The cook Muramba are cooking really tasty. Gardener Saidi to take care of the garden every day. And Salim every day take care of the swimming pool. The month of a wonderful stay passed very quickly. Was super. I’m sure I’ll be back to Sunset Villa. Thanks to everyone."

"Bonjour a tous, Je vous recommande vivement de vous rendre chez Marguerite et Georges... Notre a séjour a simplement été superbe! C'est de loin mes meilleurs vacances jusqu'ici! Vous serez chouchouter par le personnel de maison et apprécierez particulierement la superbe cuisine du "chef" Mouramba! Poissons et crevettes péchés du matin! Nous avons eu l'indépendance correspondant a nos attentes et fait nos désidérata d'activités au pres de Saidi, qui c'est fait une joie d'y répondre! Organisation de Safari, promenade au village, etc. Le cadre est simplement magnifique et nous avons beaucoup appréciés le respect de la nature par les installations écologiques de la maison! Sunset Villas Resort is situated on the coastline of the Kilifi Creek in one of the most scenic regions of Kenya. It is ideal for friends or families looking for an escape to sandy white shores, and an undisturbed holiday.

There is a choice of three accommodation types available, of which all have beautiful bedrooms and spacious open-plan living areas. Each unit has twin beds and en-suite or private bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen is available for all your self-catering needs, and some units have a private cook for added convenience.

Guests can spend days relaxing by the swimming pool or unwinding in the tropical garden with its variety of coconut, mango and lemon trees. A restaurant provides delicious meals that will cater to every palate and that are designed to tantalise your taste buds. There are many beaches that are just a short distance away, and which are surrounded by a mangrove forest.
