Excellente maison et séjour magnifique !

La maison est très belle , vaste et propre avec une magnifique décoration mahdoise traditionnelle . Son emplacement est excellent: au centre de Mahdia et proche de toutes les activités , loisirs et commerces (magasins , la médina, marché aux poissons et aux légumes, boulangerie, skiffa kahla, café du Ghar , Corniche etc...). Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables au sein de cette maison et nos enfants ont également bien profité. La famille qui loue la maison et le voisinage sont très agréables et bien accueillants. En somme vacances magnifiques! Nous y reviendrons certainement et nous la recommandons vivement.

Emplacement stratégique et calme

la maison est typiquement Mahdoise, très bien entretenue, avec son grand patio et son décor. Elle est très bien située, proche de toutes commodités (supérette MG, marché du poisson, beignet, boulangerie, skiffa kahla, café du Ghar..) et à 2 min de la corniche. Nous avons passé des vacances formidables dans cette belle maison et nos enfants ont pu jouer avec les enfants du quartier et nous avons apprécié l'accueil de la voisine Fatma. A recommander

Insalubre et vétuste

Vetusté des lieux inacceptable au tarif proposé. Carrelage cassé et coupant, dangerosité du système électrique, chute du crépis et de certains pans de mur , machine à laver et micro-onde inutilisables, seulement 4 lots de couverts pour les repas (proposé pour 9 personnes), absence d'informations pratiques (matériel et infos touristiques). Présence de fourmis, cafards et souris...

"Sehr liebe, nette Vermie...

"Sehr liebe, nette Vermieter. Haben sich alle Mühe gegeben, unseren Wünschen zu entsprechen. Deutschsprachiges Fernsehen wurde sofort installiert. Leider liess die Sauberkeit zu wünschen offen. Jeden Morgen fanden wir etliche tote und noch lebendige Kakerlaken.Wir wissen, im Ausland ist das anders zu sehen, doch wir fanden es sehr eklig. Die Elektrogeräte musste ich erst einmal reinigen, sonst hätten wir sie nicht benutzt.Die Schalter des Gasherdes habe ich nur mit einem Papier angefasst. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren ausreichend vorhanden, auch eine Waschmaschine. Für unseren soliden Geschmack waren die Zimmer -aber wirklich liebevoll hergerichtet- zu pompös und überladen.Die vielen unterschiedlichen Fliesen in den Räumen waren uns doch etwas zu viel. Haben uns aber schnell daran gewöhnt. Andere Länder, andere Sitten. Ist sehr ok. Leider war die Umgebung sehr dreckig, was an dem starken Sturm lag, eine Mülltonne gibt in Mahdia nicht, der Unrat wird an einem Baum abgelegt. Leider hatten wir keine Möglichkeit in der Nähe zu schwimmen. An der uns beschrieben Stelle war es nicht möglich. Nur Dreck, verkommene Buchten mit viel schwarzen und grauen Algen. Es stank wie die Pest. Wir sind dann etwa eine halbe Stunde gelaufen, um an den Strand zu kommen. Das war sehr beschwerlich, da meine Begleitung gehbehindert ist. Die Moschee war direkt nebenan und der Muezzin schreckte uns schon morgens um vier hoch.Die Nachbarskinder spielten jeden Abend vor dem Haus Fussball und benutzten unsere Tür und Hauswand wohl als Tor. Der Kontakt und der Umgang mit der Familie Najar war sehr liebevoll, obwohl wir uns aufgrund unserer unterschiedlichen Sprache nicht unterhalten konnten. Sie haben sich sehr gekümmert und um uns bemüht. Hierfür danken wir sehr. Für nicht französischsprechende Reisende ist es fast unmöglich, sich zu verständigen, da das Haus direkt in der Stadt ( superschnell alles zu erreichen )liegt und Touristen nicht anzutreffen sind, was auch seine Vorteile hat. Wir bedanken uns noch einmal für trotz aller Widrigkeiten schönen 3 Wochen Urlaub mitten in Mahdia. fast unmöglich, Kontakt zu bekommen. Kaum einer spricht deutsch oder englisch "

"Nous avons passé des vac...

"Nous avons passé des vacances formidables dans cette belle maison très bien située dans Mahdia. Nos enfants de 6 et 9 ans ont pu jouer avec les enfants du quartier et nous avons apprécié l'accueil des voisins, de Fatma et de sa famille et d'Aïcha. Idéal pour vivre "à la tunisienne"..."
