Spacious villa on 2 floors, recent 160 sqm, fully equipped, close to all amenities, village center, and 4 km from the beach (Marseillan Beach with all its entertainment, beautiful promenade, restaurants etc ...), with a swimming pool private heated 9 x 4.5 meter.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, the kitchen is equipped overlooking the terrace, and an outdoor kitchen, with barbecue, plancha.

In the rez of putting on, a stay, kitchen of 65 m ², a room of bath, with shower and tub, separated toilet, and a room of 25 m ² with a bed 160x190.

Upstairs, 3 bedrooms of 14 m², all with a large bed of 140x200.

De tres bonnes vacances en famille

La maison est tres spacieuse et tout confort. La piscine et la terrasse sont parfaites. La cuisine est tres agreable car tout le monde peut participer. Supermarchés et plage a proximité. Seul bemol, une clim et une tele hs dans une chambre mais ca n'a pas entaché notre sejour. Leila et son mari ont ete dispo pour nous pendant tout le sejour. Je recommande vivement !

Belle villa idéale pour vacances en famille

Très bon séjour. La maison bénéficie de toutes les commodités, la climatisation et des tv dans toutes les pièces, WiFi rapide via la fibre. La piscine chauffée est vraiment très agréable. La situation géographique est très bien, à 6 minutes de la plage, proche de l'étang de Thau, des commerces, de Sète, d'Agde.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une maison tout confort, avec de grand volume, a proximité de tous, plage , hyper marché etc.... ,très bon accueil des propriétaires, belle piscine et très agréable lors de forte chaleur, je recommande cette location .

Maison taillée pour les vacances en famille

Un séjour parfait. Maison tout confort avec très grands volumes et belles prestations récentes. Climatisation et TV dans toutes les chambres. Grande terrasse avec pergola, cuisine d'été et barbecue/plancha. Grande piscine chauffée. draps housses et serviettes de piscine fournies. Pas de nuisances sonores le soir tout en étant à 5 minutes en voiture de la plage ou du centre de Marseillan. Coup de balai quotidien superflu, c'est le robot aspirateur qui s'en charge. Aucun point négatif, mis à part la couverture en 3G/4G assez aléatoire. Producteur d’huîtres à 1 minute en voiture pour les amateurs (La Schtroumpfette). A refaire sans hésitation.

Superbe villa!

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette villa calme et spacieuse. Tres bien équipée et avec beaucoup de rangements. Située entre marseillan plage et marseillan ville elle est a quelques minutes en voiture des commerces et de la plage. Le propriétaire est disponible en ças de besoin ce qui est un vrai plus! Seul petit point négatif est qu'elle ne dispose pas d'un accès WiFi pour internet.
