About this property

Cottage in the country located between Alghero and the airport. The location is strategic to reach the most beautiful beaches or the most beautiful rocky coasts for fishing enthusiasts.
The interior is spacious, the kitchen is habitable, 2 bedrooms furnished with a double bed + 1 additional bed each and large closets for easy placement of what is needed for a pleasant holiday. The bathroom is very spacious and has a shower cubicle. To conclude an 'extra room used as a laundry room with washing machine and bathtub. The wooden ceiling gives the whole a pleasant and rustic look.
Outside, exclusive use, there is a large veranda in which to consume their meals and even a barbecue equipped with worktop and sink to try their hand in the most beautiful roasted who you might remember, a large garden with fruit trees and plenty of space for parking cars, of course within the private property.

Vacanze ad Alghero in campagna

L'appartamento è situato al primo piano di un casolare interamente rinnovato, con ampio cortile tutt'intorno e un grande giardino ad est con alberi da frutto e ulivi di basso fusto. Le camere sono grandi e comode, con ciascuna un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo a disposizione. Bagno grande e funzionale, con locale lavanderia attinente. La cucina è comoda e pratica e fornita di tutto l'essenziale. Al piano terra un ampio spazio per mangiare fuori e approfittare dell'aria aperta. La posizione è ottima per recarsi ovunque (Mugoni, Lido, Santa Maria, Porticciolo...). La vicinanza con l'aeroporto non è stata un problema, essendo comunque fuori gran parte della giornata (l'unica che ne ha un po' sofferto è la mamma che ha scoperto di avere il sonno più leggero di quel che pensava - forse complice anche il caldo). I bambini hanno approfittato pienamente del giardino e del cortile... per non parlare della vista sui decolli e sugli atterraggi degli aerei ( che adorano ) 😅 Bilancio più che positivo per quel che mi riguarda. Alghero e la Sardegna non deludono mai.
