Single storey house with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, 2 living rooms, fireplace, kitchen, dining area, overlooking the forest. Outdoor games for children: hut, swing, trampoline. Many cycling. sports center in the village (tennis courts, basketball, football, bowling, playground). 20 minutes from the beaches of Mimizan and Lespecier, 10 min from the golf Mimizan, near the lakes of Sainte-Eulalie and Aureilhan. Located 1 hour from Bordeaux and Bayonne and 45 minutes from Arcachon, 25 minutes from the museum of MarquĂšze.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt im Herzen des Waldes

Wir hatten als Familie mit zwei Töchtern (11,13) eine tolle Zeit bei Theresia. Theresia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie ist freundlich und hat viele Tipps fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in die Umgebung. Das Haus und das GelĂ€nde sind toll und bieten zahlreiche FreizeitaktivitĂ€ten. Der Pool macht richtig Spaß! Und die StrĂ€nde aber auch Bordeaux und Biarritz sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Maison trÚs bien équipée. Située à environ 25min des plages de Mimizan. Lac à moins de 15min. Grand jardin avec des jeux pour les enfants et une piscine. Super cadre au calme. La gentillesse et la bienveillance de Theresia ont aussi grandement participé à rendre notre séjour incroyable. Magnifiques souvenirs.

Un havre de paix dans un Airial typique

Au cƓur des landes dans un somptueux domaine Ă  15 min de la plage, nous sommes accueillis par ThĂ©rĂ©sia qui brille par sa bienveillance et sa gentillesse. La grange est vraiment tout confort et rien Ă  redire sur l’équipement et l’emplacement. C est du top ! On se sent Ă  la maison et Theresia nous met a l’aise, prĂ©sente quand il le faut mais discrĂšte en permanence. Billard, babyfoot, flĂ©chettes, livres. Jeux de sociĂ©tĂ© , Ping Pong, balançoire, snakeline, cabane. Trampoline, piscine, bref cet Airial est un vrai parc d attraction privĂ© ! Proche de la mer et de toutes les commoditĂ©s, bassin d arcachon, dune du pilĂąt, Bordeaux, pays basque, surf et fĂ©rias a 1h- 1h30 c est le top. Merci Theresia pour votre accueil , avec en prime quelques surprises locales ! Vous avez Ă©tĂ© une hĂŽte remarquable, nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© votre petit coin de paradis, votre rĂ©gion ainsi que votre sourire et vos valeurs. TrĂšs belle expĂ©rience, paysages sublimes et beaucoup d’activitĂ©s proposĂ©es a proximitĂ©. LandhÀuschen in wunderschöner ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten 2 sehr erholsame Wochen bei Theresia. Die umgebaute Scheune ist urig, liegt im Wald in absoluter Ruhe, der Pool ist sehr schön . Das Haus ist sehr gut mit allem ausgestattet, viel Geschirr, GlĂ€ser, Besteck, Picknick Zubehör fĂŒr den Strand. Am Pool sind bequeme Liegen, ein Wasser Fatboy, alles hochwertig. bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir einen regionalen Kuchen, Bier und Wein vor als Gastgeschenk ! Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und Theresia ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die uns viele Tips gegeben hat und sehr hilfsbereit ist.

Location , trÚs agréable . Cadre naturel . Environnement trÚs calme . Propriétaire super géniale.

Nous avons passĂ© un sublime sĂ©jour : repos , farniente , la nature , le silence . L'environnement est propice aux balades en vĂ©lo ( piste cyclable) , forĂȘt, lacs et la mer . Le coin piscine est super bien amĂ©nagĂ© grĂące Ă  une terrasse et il est aussi ombragĂ©. La piscine en elle mĂȘme est superbe. Nous y avons passĂ© Ă©normĂ©ment de temps . Il y a des marchĂ©s aux alentours trĂšs agrĂ©ables. Thereisa, la propriĂ©taire est une femme charmante, accueillante, disponible, Ă  l'Ă©coute de ses locataires et de bons conseils . Je recommande cette location . C'est un havre de paix , de calme , de sĂ©rĂ©nitĂ© , zen attitude. Nous en sommes rĂ©partis plein de ressources .

Une quinzaine idéale

Cela fait des années que nous voyageons avec Abritel et c'est la premiÚre fois qu'un logement coche toutes les cases: environnement superbe, calme, logement parfaitement équipé avec de nombreuses possibilités de loisirs (piscine, billard, baby-foot, fléchettes et j'en passe), literie trÚs confortable, et, cerise sur le gùteau une hÎte trÚs sympathique, à notre écoute et nous distillant d'excellents conseils de visite et activités. Calme et nature en Haute Lande

La Tuilerie est une retraite incomparable de calme et de quiĂ©tude. Au milieu de chĂȘnes sĂ©culaires, la maison trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e est confortable et spacieuse. Elle permet Ă  toute la famille de passer des vacances trĂšs agrĂ©ables. Dehors, les chevreuils et autres Ă©cureuils investissent les abords de la maison de la nuit tombĂ©e au petit matin, quand les enfants ont dĂ©sertĂ© cabane, balançoire ou trempoline, qu'ils frĂ©quentent abondamment dans la journĂ©e. Pontenx-les-Forges est Ă  une distance idĂ©ale des plages et forĂȘts landaises et de leurs interminables pistes cyclables. L'accueil de Theresia est trĂšs chaleureux, plein de conseils sur ce qui peut etre vu dans la rĂ©gion. Elle nous confie sa maison de famille en toute confiance et le locataire Ă©phĂ©mĂšre a donc Ă  cƓur d'en prendre soin et se sent comme chez lui. Nous recommandons chaudement d'aller y sĂ©journer.
