Sono molto dispiaciuta che abbiate avuto un 'opinione così negativa del nostro appartamento, veramente è la prima volta che succede.L 'appartamento è di 50m quadrati , come risulta dall'annuncio, è chiaro quindi che 5 persone adulte e due cani ci possono stare solo se non sono molto esigenti in fatto di confort e spazio a disposizione.Infatti di solito ospitiamo coppie con due o tre bambini che dormono senza problemi nel divano letto.Perche non avete scelto un appartamento più grande ? Perché naturalmente sarebbe stato più costoso? .La piscina non ha regole particolari , dell' 'uso delle cuffie eravate stati avvisati.Ho visto però che siete stati contrariati nel sentire che non era aperta tutta l 'intera giornata.L 'orario di apertura ( 9-13 e 16:30 - 19-30 ) è comunque piuttosto prolungato e la pausa è necessaria al bagnino che deve essere presente per la sicurezza delle persone e non può restare in servizio continuativamente dal mattino alla sera.Mi chiedo quali siano le altre regole di cui non eravate stati avvisati.La strada di accesso è una strada di scorrimento a doppia corsia , non capisco perché è definita "lunga".Non è illuminata,come non lo sono molte strade, ma la presenza del residence che è ben illuminato impedisce che ci siano problemi di localizzazione . Purtroppo è vero che qualcuno lascia in giro qualche sacchetto di spazzatura ma non direi certo che la strada è piena di spazzatura. Per contro il residence è perfettamente pulito e molto ben tenuto.Ribadisco il mio dispiacere per il vostro riscontro negativo ma ritengo che il nostro appartamento abbia un prezzo molto conveniente in rapporto alla qualità della sistemazione offerta e della posizione. Non avete trovato niente di positivo da dire ? È evidente che la vostra recensione sia gratuitamente punitiva e ingiusta. The apartment is 50m2, as shown in the advert, so it is clear that 5 adults and two dogs can fit there only if they are not very demanding in terms of comfort and space available. In fact we usually host couples with two or three children who sleep without problems on the sofa bed.tWhy didn't you choose a larger apartment? because of course it would have been more expensive? The swimming pool has no particular rules, you were warned about the use of headphones. However, I saw that you were annoyed to hear that it wasn't open all day. The opening hours (9-13 and 16.30 - 19-30) are however quite long and the break is necessary for the lifeguard who has to be present for the safety of people and cannot remain in service continuously from morning to evening. I wonder what the other rules are that you were not warned about. The access road is a double lane road, I don't understand why it is defined as "long". It is not lit, as are not many streets, but the presence of the residence which is well lit prevents there being location problems. Unfortunately it is true that someone leaves a few bags of rubbish lying around but I certainly wouldn't say that the street is full of rubbish. On the other hand, the residence is perfectly clean and very well maintained. I reiterate my regret for your negative feedback but I believe that our apartment has a very convenient price in relation to the quality of the accommodation offered and the location. Es tut mir sehr leid, dass Sie in unserer Wohnung nichts Positives gefunden haben. Ich denke, dass ich Ihnen eine komfortable, gut ausgestattete und sehr saubere Unterkunft geboten habe und dass ich sehr hilfsbereit auf Ihre Wünsche eingegangen bin. Am selben Tag, als ich mit dem Techniker zu Ihnen kam, der keine Probleme feststellte, hatte ich Sie davor gewarnt, zu viele Elektrogeräte gleichzeitig einzuschalten, da in Italien die Standardstromversorgung nicht so hoch ist wie in anderen Allerdings funktioniert die Spülmaschine auch bei eingeschalteter Elektroheizung und Warmwasserbereiter sehr gut, da ich es nach Ihrer Abreise noch einmal versucht habe. Es tut mir leid, dass es nicht einfach ist, einen großen Einbaubackofen in kurzer Zeit auszutauschen, denn der Griff im Badezimmer ist etwas locker, aber vielleicht meinen Sie den Handtuchhalter, an dem er hängt einen halben Zentimeter? Dass alle Bewertungen der Wohnung mehr als positiv ausfallen, spricht für sich.

Con tutti gli sforzi che facciamo per offrire ai nostri ospiti un alloggio pulito e confortevole dispiace molto una recensione ingiusta come questa.Fortunatamente in tanti anni è la prima volta che riceviamo una recensione a due stelle, che non tiene conto di tutti gli aspetti positivi del nostro appartamento . Quando si affitta un appartamento e non si ha intenzione di noleggiare un 'automobile bisogna considerare la posizione in rapporto alle strutture che si devono raggiungere a piedi, e questo è possibile farlo facilmente guardando l 'indirizzo.Comunque abbiamo avuto altri ospiti che hanno preferito non noleggiare un'auto ma nessuno si è lamentato.Inoltre , prima del vostro arrivo,quando ho saputo che avevate questa intenzione, vi ho avvisato che ristoranti e negozi si trovavano a 1,5 km .Mi avete risposto che per dei Danesi come voi questo non era un problema.I giorni seguenti vi ho contattato per sapere se andava tutto bene e mi avete risposto che un amico vi aiutava per fare la spesa. Devo pensare che è per esprimere il vostro disappunto che avete lasciato l 'appartamento in pessime condizioni? Comunque sono sempre dispiaciuta quando i nostri ospiti non sono soddisfatti ( per fortuna non capita quasi mai ) ma non è leale punire con una recensione ingiusta chi vi ha ospitato quando l 'errore lo avete fatto voi. When you rent an apartment and you don't intend to rent a car you have to consider the location in relation to the facilities you have to reach on foot, and this can be done easily by looking at the address. Unfortunately you stayed at our apartment in the busiest week of the year, that is middle August, the Ferragosto week, this is why you cannot enjoyed the place at its best, the pool and the beach were crowded while they are very quiet in the other periods. Also this caused the problem with the water because the reservoirs in the gated community were empty and they had to be filled, anyway this has never happened before, let me say that it was bad luck and I'm sorry for this inconvenience even though it was not my fault. About the sofa bed :I apologize that I forgot to tell you there is another mattress behind the wardrobe that can be add to the sofa bed for more comfort, this was my fault. But let me say that the other comments you made make me a little puzzled :the kitchen is really very luminous as all the apartment is, didn't you open the two blinds? Also the beach was certainly crowded when you stayed here but it's a beautiful beach, very large with clear water, and many guests of ours loved it as you can see in the other reviews. Taormina has nice beaches but accommodations are certainly much more expensive there,and, if you fancy a different beach, you can go to Taormina from our apartment in 30 min, it's a 15 km drive. Also when there's a lot of people in the gated community it's advisable not to use two electrical devices at the same time, but I don't think it's a big problem because neither the washing machine nor the oven are used for a long time (and are not indispensable) so you can turn off the air conditioner while they are working. I don't know what is the "bouilloir" you mentioned because we don't have any electric kettle in the apartment.Anyway thank you for your comments that help me offer a better accommodation to my guests.
