At the end of the vineyard path, you are in a calm environment and you will enjoy an unobstructed view as far as Ajaccio and its surroundings. Facing south, you will enjoy the sunshine in the morning. The rental is ideal for those looking for the calm of the countryside and the proximity of the sea and the city. You are located 10 minutes by car from the first supermarkets, 15 minutes from the sea or 30 minutes from the mountains.
5 mins from the village, you will be delighted with the welcome from the traders: medical office, pharmacy, butcher, bakery, post office, bar, restaurant.
You can enjoy a spacious and shaded terrace and the 4x8m swimming pool (heated depending on the period). with 40 m2 of beach equipped with sun loungers and lounge.
The villa is located on a plot of 2000 m2, the owners who live above have independent access and will give you the best welcome.

Nous avons un peu galerer pour trouver le logement et pour joindre la propriétaire mais personne adorable et endroit magique ! Très confortable on sent que tout est penser pour y être bien ! Magali est une hôte adorable et accueillante, toujours attentionnée. Tout était parfait et conforme à l’annonce Le logement est très bien équipé et très bien conçu. La piscine et l’environnement sont un plus non négligeable.. je reviendrai très certainement. Et je recommande sans aucune réserve.

Super accueil des propriétaires. Photos conforment à la réalité. Emplacement au calme. Piscine entretenue et chauffée à 28/29 degrés. Propiétaires très discrets mais à l'écoute et super gentil, la perfection. Si nous revenons dans la région nous reviendrons à cette adresse les yeux fermés.

Tout a déjà été écrit pour cette merveilleuse location à Afa Et tout est vrai Mr et Mme Vivier sont très accueillants et très discrets La location est vraiment top et super bien située sur les hauteurs d Ajaccio Avec ma femme nous avons passé 10 jours merveilleux Que dire de la piscine à 30 degrés qui donne sur une vue de carte postale. Location très agréable

Super séjour chez Magali et Gérard. Les hôtes sont très gentils, généreux, discret et au petit soin pour nous. Le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos, très fonctionnel, zéro vice caché. Si nous retournons à afa nous savons où aller.
