Super clean and spacious. The main bathroom upstairs at the almonds when you put on the jets of the shower on the shower try does not drain well and you end up with lots of water in the room.

Beautiful villa

Everything was perfect with this property, decorated with the traditional Maltese style. The veiw from the master bedroom balcony was amazing. Pool was a bit chilly (but didnt stop us using it) going this time of year it's to be expected, I think the sea was warmer lol. Cleaners came to give it a once over halfway through holiday and my grandson was in his element when they changed his bedding from tellytubbies to rockets!! To be fair nothing to improve on... from booking till the time we left Baron Holiday Homes was amazing.... We had some silly questions when we got to the villa but Tracey was so helpful and on hand at all times via WhatsApp.

Four nights in almonds and olives

We moved from the Almonds to the Olives because we liked it very much but the Almonds was booked for the days after our booking. The team, especially Frances, were incredibly helpful and pragmatic in quickly preparing the Olives on short notice so we could move seamlessly and check in early next door. Frances is also very responsive and fulfilled every wish we had.

Fabulous Almonds Holiday Home.

We had a fantastic stay at The Almonds from 22/06/2024 to 29/06/2024. The house is enormous! Very spacious in every room, very clean and comfortable, with everything you need, including dishwasher, wine fridge and washing machine. The pool and surrounding grounds are lovely, very private and safe for all ages, our four year old granddaughter was hardly ever out of the pool, we all absolutely loved it, it is a very generous sized pool. Situated a little way outside the village of San Lawrenz, we found the area very quiet and away from any hustle and bustle, but still with easy access to a village store and bar (both about a 10 minute walk). The service from Baron Holiday Homes was superb, so much so, we are already thinking of booking again for next year. Communications were excellent, a special mention for Tracey who kept in touch with us via Whatsapp and who was always on hand if we had any questions. First rate service all round! I must say that from booking, through to arrival and to check out, everything was spot on. Only very minor niggles: The cooker/range at the house was a little difficult to use due to the control indicators being worn. The sliding bathroom doors could do with a little attention to make them slide easier. The BBQ was clean and ready to use, however, I do think charcoal could be supplied.

A gem of a property!

The house is stunning, spacious and properly equipped for all 8 guests. The bedrooms were spacious, beds and pillows were also very comfortable. The pool area is lovely, but given the season, we mostly enjoyed lounging by the fireplace, which functions very well, apart from not having a fireplace tool set. We had a problem with hot water not being consistent, with only one of us being able to have a hot shower on the first night. Baron staff were quick to reply and came to help, twice, hence my 5 stars for service. However, we still had to have very quick and staggered showers, which was disappointing. As a loyal Baron customer, this has never happened any in of the houses we have stayed in over the (many) years. Some of the bed sheets and towels had faded stains and felt dated. The dishwasher was not cleaning properly and had rust all along the metal inside. Loads were being done twice, even after rinsing everything, prior to wash. The toaster did not work (bread was not being held down). Given your high standards, and prices, one would not expect to have to mention the above, in my opinion. This was still a great stay, nonetheless!

Fantastische ruime woning met mooi zwembad

De woning voldeed volledig aan onze wensen op enkele kleine puntjes na. Zie daarvoor 'Wat kunnen we verbeteren'. De vaatwasser heeft een opknapbeurt nodig, de grote oven moet nagekeken worden en de ligbanken bij het zwembad zijn aan vervanging toe.

Vacances en Famille.

La maison est superbe, spacieuse tout est comme sur les photos rien à dire. L’emplacement est génial pas un bruit la nuit. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Mention spéciale à Tracey qui a été d’une grande aide pendant la semaine et qui nous a toujours répondu très vite. Si la piscine avait été chauffé, ça aurait été vraiment un plus.

Great holiday rental.

We’ll appointed and equipped villa with fabulous outdoor area and pool, plus useful shady canopy. Good bedrooms and great bathroom. As usual very efficient service from Baron staff making for a relaxing stay. Replace dishwasher and bulb need in laundry room.

Mostly everything. Air conditioning in every room. Dish washer needs replacement. Most of the wash hand basins including the kitchen basins are clogged.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön, die Ausstattung insgesamt eigentlich sehr gut, abgesehen von den sehr zerkratzten Pfannen. Das Duschwasser wurde leider immer nur lauwarm. Von der Terrasse im 1. Stock hat man Meerblick und kann täglich den Sonnenuntergang bestaunen. Unser bestellter Einkauf zur Ankuft war zu unserer Zufriedenheit und alles bereits im Kühlschrank verstaut. Eine riesiege Obstschale stand ebenfalls bereit. Nach 3 Tagen kamen 2 Angestellte und tauschten Handtücher usw. aus. Das hat uns sehr gefreut. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Ortsrand, leider wird ab 6 Uhr morgens schon ringsherum auf Vögel geschossen. Die Knallerei konnten wir anfangs nicht einordnen.
