Fantastic villa, very well located. It is 10 minutes from Praia das Maçãs, Praia Grande and Azenhas do Mar or about 15 minutes from the historic center of Sintra, classified as a World Heritage by UNESCO.
The whole house is arranged on two floors. On a floor of 320 m2, there is a large hall of 65m2, 4 very spacious bedrooms, a kitchen of 25m2 and three bathrooms.
The whole house was remodeled and decorated in the spring of 2017, being ready to live as new.
In the lounge there is a large eating area, a seating area with a large TV screen, a games and technology area, a reading area.
The exterior is made up of two separate gardens, each with a seating area and sunbathing area. In one of the gardens you will find a barbeque, ideal for cooking the fresh fish you have bought in the market.
The house offers the use of two bicycles, with which you can go to the market to buy fresh fruit and vegetables, the small shops of the surroundings or the beaches. It also offers all the necessary equipment to have fun in the pool and equipment to play tennis. Access to the condominium pool and tennis court are free.
Enjoy a relaxing vacation in one of Sintra's most exclusive condominiums, ideal for a large family or a group of friends.
