**Duplex appartment downtown in Llafranc 150 m away from the beach. Wonderful sea view**.

On the ground floor are one bedroom with double bed, one of them in suite with private bathroom, three twin bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The upper floor consists of a spacious and bright living room with exit to two terraces, both with sea views, fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Parking, elevator, air conditioning and heat pump. Laundry room with washing machine.

**Capacity: 8 people**.

**There is an extra 80€ charge for short stays of between three and six nights. This additional cost is not included in the rental price**.
