Very peaceful with a large garden, sunny and renovated recently. Located in the heart of a pine-wood, in the vicinity of the Canal du Midi, Sigean animal park and the Minervois vineyard. Condo in a private residency with shared swimming pool (from June to mid-September), tennis courts, minigolf, petanque area. Internet access ADSL and air conditioning. Summer music festivals nearby in beautiful romanesque abbeys and Cathare castles. Easy access to Mediterranean beaches (naturism tolerated on Gruissan beach). Discount for long stay.
