Located at Island Beach Resort on South Hutchinson Island in Jensen Beach, FL, this newly renovated condo has been designed with your complete relaxation in mind.

Island Beach Resort is an oceanfront property, with direct access to miles of uncrowded beaches and home to one of the island’s only beachfront restaurants, Shucker’s on the Beach, where you can enjoy nightly entertainment in the main dining room and an incredible view from the outdoor tiki deck! The property grounds also feature a heated outdoor pool (key entry/exit), two outdoor BBQ areas, a gift shop, laundry room and designated parking.

This condo, Unit 314, has all of the modern amenities you could ask for, with a laid-back seaside feel. Located on the third floor, rear side of the building with easy elevator access, you will find: Central AC, a kitchen fully equipped with appliances, cookware, dishes and glassware, cable TV, Wi-Fi, fresh linens, a hair-dryer, iron and ironing board. The condo features a king size bed and a queen size sleep sofa in the living room, accommodating up to four guests. There are also two balconies with comfortable outdoor seating where guests enjoy watching the sunset after a day on the beach.
Activities such as surfing, river or deep sea fishing, scuba diving, golf, museums, nature excursions and day cruises are all within reach, should you decide to leave the beach! Historic Downtown Stuart and Ft. Pierce are just minutes away for browsing shops, galleries or attending a show at the theaters.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this rental! The location is perfect. So close to so many dining and shopping options. The unit was so clean and had everything we needed for a week long stay. The pool and beach were perfect and Shuckers was a great option for food when we didn’t feel like leaving the area! Can’t wait to visit again!

We had an amazing week! The condo was bright and cheery with amazing views of the sunset from the balcony. Great places to eat nearby and plenty of places to walk or bike. Owner, Mary Ann, was a delight and checked in on us to see if we needed anything throughout the week. Definitely will be coming back to stay!

enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. decorated nicely, clean and comfortable. furniture and bedding were clean and comfy. enjoyed the little rocking chairs on the balcony. having the beach out front our door was perfect. we finished our day by sitting in the rocking chairs on the balcony watching the sun go down. nice restaurants near by. will definitely stay here when in area again

Maryann’s unit was very clean. The kitchen provided what was needed to cook. We stayed 5 weeks so having a functional kitchen was a plus. The resort is conveniently located for grocery shopping and close by was a produce stand; that was great. Maryann was quick to respond to any questions we had

The condo was very nicely updated. Was exactly as described. We loved watching the sunsets over Nettles Island on the balcony. The pool was nice and the beach was beautiful and clean. One bonus was having shuckers restaurant right on the property. The food was good and the people who work there were very friendly. Mary Ann kept in touch with us to make sure everything was good. Everything was great. The condo had everything we needed for the week. It was clean and comfortable. The grounds were very well maintained. The pool area was nice and so was the beach. The restaurant was good and nice to have right on the property. The only minor issue was the air conditioning. It was freezing in the kitchen and living room while it ran and very loud. And the bedroom was quite warm. Other than that it was wonderful and we had a great time. Thanks Mary Ann.

Great location but needs a little TLC

Condo is decorated very nicely, but seriously needs updated sliding doors which are very old and difficult to open. The vertical shades do not work well and need replacing also. The place worked very well for 2, but if there were extras staying onthe fold out couch, it would be very crowded.

Beautiful condo in the best location!!

I stayed in Mary Ann's condo for a week by myself. I must say the condo exceeded my expectations! It was very clean. The kitchen was equipped with all cooking materials one would need. A keurig coffee maker was provided, which is the only coffee I like to drink. The king size bed was extremely comfortable as well as the pillows. All bed linens and towels were provided .. which was nice to give me more room in my suit case. The sunset from the balcony was pretty to watch. The day I arrived, I went to Publix. Right next to the elevators were shopping carts so I was able to carry my case of water and groceries in one trip. Shuckers restaurant next door had really good food and not expensive! Pool area was very clean. Everyone in the building was super friendly. I will definitely be back to stay in Mary Ann's condo!

The condo was very cute and comfortable. The beach chairs and ice packs for our cooler were a plus! Although we didn’t have an ocean view from the lanai, we were able to enjoy beautiful sunsets over Nettle’s Island. We truly love the beaches on Hutchinson Island!
