Um es in einem Wort zusammenzufassen: fantastisch!Selten haben wir uns in einem Urlaub so wohl, so herzlich willkommen und so frei gefühlt. Die Gastgeber haben uns mit ihrer sehr herzlichen, offenen, immer fürsorglichen, aber nie aufdringlichen Art, das Gefühl gegeben, unser eigenes Zuhause mit in den Urlaub genommenen zu haben. Wir hatten eine Woche lang eine freistehende und gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz drum herum, konnten den herrlichen, sauberen Pool zu jeder Zeit absolut ungestört nutzen und haben auch die Haustiere der Gastgeber sofort ins Herz geschlossen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber perfekt, um von dort aus die vielen tollen Strände und die sehr schöne und interessante Umgebung zu erkunden. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub und wir würden gerne bald wiederkommen.

Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires - piscine super En ce qui concerne le Logement dommage que la cuisine soit dans la chambre, (odeur pas de possibilité de faire un poisson à la poêle ) mini frigo sans freezer pas possible de conserver des glaces.....équipement un peu succint pas de four, pas de micro onde , pas de cafetière électrique, pas de grille pain.... Pas de volets ni rideaux aux fenêtres .

Questa è una piccola casa vacanza con cucinino sicuramente adatto a pasti semplici, non a grandi cucine.. Però bastava leggere attentamente l'annuncio o chiedere prima per avere queste notizie. Sono sempre molto attenta a non pubblicizzare nell'annuncio attrezzature che la casetta non ha

Tranquillità e relax!

Posto incantevole, immerso nel silenzio della campagna. La casa a disposizione è corredata di tutto l'indispensabile e l'accoglienza dei proprietari è stata davvero squisita. Ottime le colazioni preparate da Maurizia, tutti prodotti fatti in casa...complimenti ancora per tutto! Siamo stati davvero bene!!!!!

Des beaux moments de vacances comme on les aime !

6 jours passés trop vite chez nos hôtes Maurizia i Stefano qui sont d'une gentilesse extrême. Leur maison leur ressemble, il fait bon vivre dans cette partie du Latium. La maisonnette pour 2 est pleine de charme et très fonctionnelle. La piscine est immense et parfait pour faire des longeurs, le hamac sous les oliviers invite au repos et la petite terrasse abritée devant la maisonnette est parfaite pour prendre les copieux et excellents petit-déjeuners préparés avec soin par nos hôtes. J'espère que nous aurons l'occasion de revenir un jour. Amicalement - Grazie mille Maurizia i Stefano per il nostro soggiorno meraviglioso ! Speriamo di tornare in futuro. Saluti. Agnieszka i Nicolas

"Trois jours de repos dan...

"Trois jours de repos dans un calme absolu. La gentillesse et la bienveillance de M. et S. sont très appréciables, comme les délicieux petits déjeuners et recettes de pizze e biscotti. Nous avons aimé la douceur du lieu alors que nous étions sur le chemin du retour."

"fantastico soggiorno in contesto di campagna, immerso nella natura e con, a portata d''auto, storiche localita'' da scoprire. La proprietaria, Sigra Maurizia , coccola gli ospiti con prelibatezze fatte in casa e con una gentilezza fuori dal comune . Se volete fare un week-end di relax, con circuiti storico-eno-gastronomici , il Podere Giuliano e'' la Vostra meta !"

Merveilleux séjour dans ce petit coin de paradis, ou tout est fait pour nous rendre la vie agréable: jolie maisonnette, piscine, jardin ,terrasse...et surtout l'accueil de Maurizia qui est une personne très sympathique, chaleureuse, discrète et excellente cuisinière:il faut gouter ses petits déjeuners avec pains, brioches, pizza, yaourts,confitures, tous faits "maison" et fruits frais du jardin (ah! les abricots et les figues!!!).Nous regrettons nos soirées sur la terrasse à bavarder et à échanger nos recettes dans un curieux mélange d'italien, d'anglais et de français, et avons eu l'impression de quitter une amie en partant.Un seul regret: que notre séjour soit si court, une seule envie: revenir !!! amitiés à Stefano que nous n'avons pas pu voir beaucoup

"Le Podere Giuliano est u...

"Le Podere Giuliano est un lieu accueillant et reposant en pleine nature. Nous y avons particulièrement apprécié les charmes du hamac, de la psicine (très agréable après une journée de randonnée dans une région très riche)et de la tonnelle sous laquelle nous avons pris des petits déjeuners en compagnie des chats de la maison (si vous aimez les animaux, vous êtes comblés). Maurizia et Stephano sont des hôtes aussi charmants et discrets que sympathiques et attentionnés. "

"Une merveilleuse découve...

"Une merveilleuse découverte... Tout simplement idéal pour un séjour en toute authenticité loin du brouhaha du tourisme de masse. Vraie autonomie de ce petit nid au sein de la propriété. La région regorge de surprises et les propriétaires de cet endroit un peu magique sont tout simplement adorables. Attention, vous devez aimer chiens et chats!"
