The apartment is south facing with sea view and outdoor terrace. Equipped with all the comforts and well finished. On hot summer days, the apartment immersed in the Mediterranean flora is the ideal place to spend a few hours of wellness in a cool green setting. The Residence is located in a strategic position, as it is close to the main cultural attractions on the east-west side of Sicily. It is 800 meters from the town where there are restaurants, supermarkets, medical, pharmacy, post office, etc. 1.5 km from the Costabianca Theater, from the sea, restaurants, bars, soccer fields, tennis courts. On the east side you can visit just 1 km from the Residence, the Roman Villa of Realmonte, located on the Punta Grande beach dating back to the 1st century. d. CA a few hundred meters you will be dazzled by an almost celestial light ... you will admire the wonderful Scala dei Turchi (see photo). It is to be recognized as a World Heritage Site, consisting of a striking white marl spur prominent on the sea, modeled from the sea to the shape it scales. 5 km from the birthplace of L. Pirandello, A. Camilleri and boarding for the islands of Lampedusa and Linosa. 13 km from the Valley of the Temples, archaeological museum. On the west side, just 12 km away, we find the Torre Salsa, Selinunte nature reserve and much more ..... A strategic point to visit all of western Sicily !!

Clean but spartan

Fabio was very helpful, from helping us with car trouble to getting things for the apartment such as mugs and a bread knife. Fabio directed us to a wonderful restaurant, amazing fish. The apartment was very clean if quite spartan and a good location for spending time at the temple city, which was our focus. The only glitch was that we had to insist that he unlock the second bedroom for us.

Poor experience with property manager

My review is mostly about the property manager, Fabio. I contacted Fabio multiple times but did not receive a response. It took my contacting VRBO and VRBO contacting Fabio directly that my messages finally received a response. Because of the delay I was not able to get in contact with Fabio until the last minute. This was very stressful for me to deal with while travelling. Fabio was not at all apologetic or helpful in any way. Fabio did not care at all about creating a positive experience for us. He focused on making excuses for himself and tried to sell us expensive tours which we declined. The apartment itself was overall just okay. The shower is tiny and there was a concern about mosquitos. Fabio at first lied that there was not a second bedroom and only opened it reluctantly when we insisted we needed a second bed per the listing. The whole experience was very disappointing and I would not recommend it to anyone.

when you book must specify if you want a double bed or two single beds since you were in 2. in any case I immediately remedied. I contacted you repeatedly on vrbo many days before your stay receiving no response until the morning of your arrival. You insisted so much to check in at 22:00... never has anyone behaved so, not respecting the rules . Check out was at 10, but you left at 11. poor communication I recommend tours and excursions...I don’t sell . I also gave two capsules for coffee and many tips I’m sorry a mosquito came into the apartment. but believe me, I couldn’t take it I am sorry that in just one night you encountered these problems. go back to another holiday and I give you the stay guests little communicative.do not respond to messages . did not respect the house rules Not recommended if you do not want to have problems Fortunately, serious people write serious reviews

Toller Ausgangsort zum Erkunden der Umgebung um Agrigent und natürlich auch der vielen Strände.

Der Vermieter Fabio war sehr bemüht uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Selbst bei sturmbedingten Schwierigkeiten war Fabio schnell zur Stelle. Der Balkon bot einen schönen Ausblick auf das nahegelegene Meer.

Ottima location.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento situato in un residence con parcheggio privato e ottima vista sul mare ci siamo trovati benissimo anche grazie alla disponibilita' del sig Fabio . da qui si puo' raggiungere in pochi minuti la scala dei Turchi e la valle dei templi. Molto cosigliato!!!

Nice and comfortable

My partner and I stayed here for 7 days in September 2018 and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. This charming apartment is on the slope below the old town of Realmonte with a beautiful vista of the sea from the balcony. Ideally situated for the sandy beach at Lido Rossello and the spectacular Turkish Steps. The old town is quaint with a good supermarket and a local street market. You will need you own transport and the property has off-street secure car parking. There are 37 steps to the apartment so take this into account. The owner, Fabio speaks very good English and is a charming man.

POSIZIONE STRATEGICA

Fabio, il proprietario dell'immobile è molto disponibile e collaborare. Nonostante il nostro enorme ritardo a causa di imprevisti di viaggio, ci ha accolto con sorriso ed entusiasmo. Sempre pronto a soddisfare le nostre richieste. L'appartamento è carino e ben pulito, ammobiliato però con arredamento un pò datato. Per vivere però la vacanza come noi in cui si esce la mattina e si torna per cena, è più che sufficiente. Da lì si possono raggiungere con la macchina le più belle spiagge della provincia di Agrigento. Vicino ci sono supermercati raggiungibili comunque solo in macchina.

L'appartamento è pulito con vista mare-piscina.Posto auto con cancello automatico comodo(all'ingresso). Il proprietario è carino,estroverso e molto cortese.La piscina è consigliabile usarla in mattinata o tardo pomeriggio.

Appartamento molto accogliente e padroni di casa molto disponibili.

L' appartamento si trova all'interno di un residence con posto auto e questa è già una bella comodità considerando la difficoltà di parcheggio. Con un piccolo supplemento abbiamo potuto usufruire della piscina per tutto il soggiorno. L'appartamento si è presentato molto pulito e funzionale, i padroni di casa sono molto gentili e molto disponibili a qualsiasi esigenza, noi ci siamo trovati molto bene e lo consiglierei a chiunque volesse passare le vacanze in quella zona.

"piscine mal filtrée et vieille( plage cassée et sale ). Résidence dans une zone industrielle bruyante. Congélateur en panne. 5 couchages et non 7.Prix location sur-évalué.Par contre , résidence bien placée pour la visite ou la baignade . Propriétaire très gentil et très serviable ."

Nous avons remplacé le frigo et mis en place la piscine. les lits sont 7.les outils électroniques peuvent être cassés sans avertissement!

"Propriétaire adorable, bel appartement lumineux et spacieux avec une très belle vue dégagée et une piscine bien agréable. Très bien situé à 5'' en voiture de la mer et à proximité d''Agrigente. Seul bémol: la résidence et l''environnement sont assez bruyants, d''autant que l''absence de climatisation rend nécessaire de dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes. Voiture obligatoire."
