Appartement très propre, bien équipé et fonctionnel! La clim est un grand +! La piscine du lotissement est magnifique! Les commerçants aux alentours sont fort sympathiques. Plage et animations un tout petit peu loin à pieds...avec l'avantage d'être dans une résidence au calme! Avons eu bcp de plaisir à passer cette semaine avec notre fille et son copain. Merci aux propriétaires pour la qualité de leur location.

Destination et location top 👍 L'appartement est très fonctionnel, couchages très confortables et la piscine nikel ! Très propre, avec douches et toilettes très bien entretenus. La vue sur les quais est très agréable, le calme est là et la proximité des commerces pratique 😃. Conclusion de la petite famille : le meilleure location jusqu'ici 💞. Les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute tout comme les personnes qui nous ont reçus. Vraiment à recommander tant pour l'appartement, l'environnement que l'endroit en soi. On y trouve plage de sable fin ou plages avec galets. Pas mal de choses à faire et à visiter 👣. On retient cette adresse dans tous les cas et encore merci aux propriétaires ainsi que les "gérants" 👏👏👏 A bientôt !

Un bel appartement avec tous ce qu'il faut et proche de l’Espagne. Au mois de novembre tous est fermé mais au printemps cela doit être super au bord de l'eau.

Appartement 100% conforme aux photos et descriptif. Les propriétaires sont sérieux et sympathique. Très bien situé dans la marina, à proximité de tous les commerces par un portillon, très propre et agréable (traversant, terrasse pas en plein soleil donc en juillet, par grosse chaleur, nous avons apprécié). Appartement très bien équipé. Belle et grande piscine propre. A 15 min à pied de la plage du pont tournant et 25 min du port : c'est tout à fait faisable tous les jours. Je recommande sans soucis d'une part ST Cyprien qui est un port de plaisance magnifique et d'autre part cet appartement pour passer comme nous 15 jours de rêve. Seul inconvénient : les chambres donnent sur le parking et très tard le soir ou tôt le matin, hors le bruit des voitures sur le parking, les gens ne font pas attention quand ils passent et vous êtes donc obligés de fermer votre fenêtre pour bien dormir. Mais cela ne vous empêchera pas de passer de bonnes vacances :-)

Bel appartement, super propre à notre arrivée, lits très confortables, très fonctionnel pour deux couples, un peu éloigné de Saint Cyprien plage, par contre super centre commercial à proximité avec des restaurateurs et des commerçants très aimables, nous pouvons le recommander sans problèmes à des amis

Appartement extrêmement bien équipé (il ne manque rien !), spacieux et confortable. Literie de qualité (y compris le clic clac). La vue sur le port est agréable (c'est une partie très calme du port). Compter une quinzaine de minutes à pied pour aller à la plage. La résidence est bien sécurisée, et la piscine est bien entretenue (et assez grande, comparativement aux autres résidences que j'ai pu voir aux alentours). Le jardin des plantes à moins de 10 mn à pied est magnifique. Je recommande cette location.
