El piso esta genial para dos personas y la cercanía de la playa es lo mejor, en un minuto ya estabas ahí. La única pega que pondríamos es que la terraza no tiene intimidad ni vistas, pero la verdad es que hemos estado super bien y la comunicación con Inmaculada ha sido muy fluida y muy buena. Todo muy bien. El apartamento muy coqueto y al lado de la playa y la piscina, con aire acondicionado en el salon y en la habitacion y wifi. La urbanizacion muy bonita con zonas verdes muy cuidadas, zona muy tranquila. La anfitriona nos facilito toallas y sabanas para nuestra estancia. Muy puntual en nuestra entrada y facilitando la sakida. Gracias

Vacaciones verano 2023

Lo mejor a destacar proximidad a playa. 100mt .Zona tranquila .puedes ir andando a Nerja 2 km. Un paseo cómodo. Apartamento según fotos. Inmaculada ( Propietaria ) muy atenta se estropeó cafetera al dia siguiebte una nueva.

Estancia en Nerja

Bastante cómodo el piso, una terraza que viene muy bien para desayunar o cenar y tener la playa a dos pasos es lo mejor, para mí era muy importante el colchón de la cama porque si no la espalda lo siente y amaneces fatal pero el colchón está en óptimas condiciones y cómodo , era lo que buscábamos y muchas gracias a Inmaculada por su atención.

A superado nuestras espectativas

La fotos el anuncio no hacen justicia al piso, ya que esta mucho mejor. Tiene WiFi, TV de pantalla plana, etc.. Y está súper limpio. Está enfrente de la playa, bajas las escaleras de casa, das 10 pasos y estas en la playa. Hay dos piscinas en la urbanización que están muy bien y es facil aparcar en las inmediaciones. La casa está muy equipada, con aire acondicionado en sala y habitación. La anfitriona muy atenta y cercana en todo momento. Hemos estado de lujo!!

Los inquilinos son una familia muy agradable, con un trato muy cercano y correcto. Durante la estancia en el apartamento han respetado y cuidado el inmueble y los enseres existentes en el mismo, dejandolo a la salida todo muy limpio y ordenado. ¡Una familia encantadora!!!!. Por supuesto encantada de haberlos conocido y de que hayan eligido mi apartamento para sus días de descanso

Prima woning voor een (echt)paar voor een week

Uitstekend, wat gedateerd, echt spaans verblijf, schoon en volledig ingericht en voorzien van alles. Prima volledige badkamer met snel warm water. Overal voldoende berging. Bed 150 cm. Sofa-bed voor kind in woonkamer. Op 25 meter grijs strand, met kiezels net onder de eerste meters water. In zee gaan is makkelijker 50 m.verder. Douches op strand. We hebben heerlijk gezwommen. Complex heeft trouwens een eigen zwembad. Woning is op eerste verdieping, buitentrap naar voordeur. Gratis parkeren bij woning. Parkeren in Nerja (2 km. ) is een ramp. Bushalte om de hoek. Tout ce qu'il faut pour des vacances réussies

Protégé du vent venant parfois de la mer, le balcon permet de choisir de se détendre soit en la regardant soit en regardant la montagne. La région est magnifique. Par contre, il ne faut pas oublier les chaussures adaptées à la marche dans l'eau : les plages ne sont faites que de cailloux. C'est un endroit où nous reviendrons avec le plus grand plaisir
