Lo splendore del mare

Abbiamo trascorso le nostre vacanze in luglio e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della casa. Grande, accogliente e provvisto di tutte le comodità. La posizione era ottima: permetteva una meravigliosa vista sulla costa e sul mare, che era raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 10 minuti. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Dovendo riandare a Costa Rei sceglieremo sicuramente di tornare qui.

schöne Unterkunft mit wunderschönen Ausblick

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Man findet alles, was man braucht. Man geht etwa 10 Minuten zum Strand. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Wonderful bloosom house with gorgeous sea view, peace and all you need to be happy

The house is on the hill. There is very nice small garden with nice flowers in bloosom. There is privacy but if you wish there are some neighbours also nearby in other houses. House is well equipted with all for cooking, cleaning if you need and the owners are very nice italian people, who are very helpful. It has aircondition 2 - bedroom and dining room, the children room has just fen. There is all equipment for the beach also for children, so its very practical. The outside shower specially in the big heats is very helpful and I was few times very happy just reading my book there and taking shower, when too much heat. Its great for relax and romantic holiday for pairs and for children is the sea just 5 minutes walk down and 10 up the hill. I rate this accomodation and owner at 5 star. For me it was one of the best holiday I had. I can really recomend!

Complete, goed organized, all what is needed for a good stay was present

Nice location, nice place. Costa rei is a typical sun, bath place. The house is located close to the beach however walking back is really a big challenge and this prevents to go every day for nice morning of evening walk on the beach. Furthermore we weren't preparered for all the mosquito's in and outside the house with all the personal side effect to our skin and disturbance of the night rest 😔

Toller Ferienort

Wir waren für 2 Wochen mit zwei Kindern in Costa Rei, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Der Ausblick vom Ferienhaus ist atemberaubend und der Weg zum Strand trotz der Steigung schnell zu meistern. Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und uns hat es an Nichts gefehlt. Einen Stern Abzug müssen wir leider geben, da das Mobilar und die Einrichtung doch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und der Holzwurm an vielen Stellen schon Einzug hält. Außerdem fehlen Fliegengitter und eine Klimaanlage. Zweiteres war bei unseren Besuch nicht von Nöten, da es nicht übermäßig heiß war. Wer auf Luxus verzichten kann und nicht unbedingt im Hochsommer vereist, dem können wir die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Wohnung mit Wohnzimmer inkl. Küche, 2 Schlafzimmern und neuwertigem Bad. Von der Terrasse hat mein einen tollen Blick über ein paar Dächer im Vordergrund. Bei uns war die Wohnung auch nachts sehr heiß. Leider keine Klimaanlage und keine Mückenschutzgitter vorhanden. Einbruchsschutz auch sehr gering. Insgesamt eine gute einfache Wohnung.

Grandioser Ausblick auf die Costa Rei

Das Ferienhaus entspricht den Beschreibungen und ist sehr schön gelegen. Es ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für das täglichen Leben benötigt. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Costa Rei ist überwältigend. Morgens kann man tolle Sonneaufgänge sehen, abends bei einem Gläschen Wein den Ausblick auf die Costa Rei genießen. Eine Herausforderung ist allerdings der Gang zum Strand - steiler Weg mit Treppen - aber wer gut zu Fuß ist, dem sollte das nichts ausmachen. Der Weg dauert etwa 5-10 Minuten.

Perfekt für individuellen Familienurlaub

Wer individuellen Urlaub mag, ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis schätzt und keine zu hohen Ansprüche bei der Ausstattung hat, für den ist die kleine Ferienvilla an der Costa Rei auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Das Ferienhaus war für uns (Paar mit fünfjährigem Kind) perfekt und wir haben uns in den zwei Wochen dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ort Costa Rei ist ein reiner Ferienort, der vor allem wegen seines wundervollen Strandes Touristen anzieht. Die Versorgung mit Supermärkten und Restaurants ist gut. Wer Kultur sucht und mehr von der Insel entdecken möchte, muss weitere Ausflüge unternehmen. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen nicht direkt vor der Haustür. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und vor Ort hat bestens geklappt (sprechen kein Deutsch, aber in Englisch ging es ganz gut). - Ruhige Hanglage mit tollem Meerblick - Fußweg zum Strand in knapp 10 Minuten über Treppen und kleine Straße (zurück geht es steil bergauf, hat uns aber nichts ausgemacht) - Vorwiegend einheimische Nachbarn, welche die Wohnungen dort eher am Wochenende nutzen (jedenfalls im Juni zu unserer Reisezeit) - Parkplatz am Haus (erfordert einige Fahrkünste, weil sehr eng und steil) - Mietwagen vor Ort ist zu empfehlen (zum Einkaufen oder für Ausflüge) - Ausstattung ist einfach, aber praktisch und gemütlich - Ausreichend Geschirr usw. vorhanden - Bad war neu, ansonsten sind die Möbel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen (störte uns nicht) - Schöne umlaufende Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten - Auch ein Strandsonnenschirm und Strandstühle konnten genutzt werden Herzlichen Dank noch einmal an Nicola und Paola, wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Traumhafter und ruhiger Ausblick auf die Costa Rei

Wir (meine Frau und ich) haben 11 Tage in der kleinen Villa verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Bilder geben einen sehr guten Eindruck wider. Im Folgende eine kurze Zusammenfassung: - gepflegtes Anwesen mit Außendusche und Grill (Highlights) - herrliche Terrasse und Garten mit genügend Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten (sonnig und schattig) - sehr ruhig, aber dennoch zentral gelegen (Strand zu Fuß in 7 Minuten zu erreichen) - Zimmeranzahl und Ausstattung mehr als ausreichend - freundliche und entspannte Vermieter Wir kommen gerne wieder!

"Ottimo alloggio situato a circa 300m dalla spiaggia in posizione tranquilla e panoramica,si tratta di una villetta molto curata e pulita. nel contesto molto rilassante. Unità abitativa indipendente curata e funzionale. Inserita in un contesto di villaggio signorile offre tranquillità e comfort abitativi più che soddisfacenti con dei proprietari,tralaltro molto squisiti. Decisamente consigliabile."I proprietari sono persone molto disponibili, gentili e corrette" "Wir waren im Juni/Juli 2011 mit 2 Erwachsenen zu Besuch in Villasimius bei Herrn Nicola.! Man kann von dem Haus nur das Beste berichten, alles war sehr sauber, modern, gemütlich und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich perfekt! , wir hätten gar nichts mitbringen müssen... Es ist bis zum Adapter hin alles vorhanden, was man sich nur denken kann. Besonders hervorzuheben fand ich die Waschmaschine (für einen 2wöchigen Aufenthalt ist diese "Gold" wert!) Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen, wir waren nicht das letzte Mal dort! Ein Auto ist allerdings nicht ein "muß"!"

Inoltre da segnalare l''assoluto e totale silenzio. Unica piccola critica: rivedrei i mobili delle camere da letto, sono un po'' datati! Il proprietario è una persona molto gentile e assolutamente disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta. L''appartamento viene consegnato perfettamente pulito e in ordine."

"Abbiamo trovato tutto come ci aspettavamo in base a quanto descritto nell'annuncio e spiegato a voce dal gentilissimo proprietario: vista incantevole, appartamento semplice ma pulito e completo di tutto cio' che serve, posizione tranquilla. Manca solo il climatizzatore e gli infissi esterni hanno bisogno di una sistemata!Spiaggia molto bella a pochi minuti a piedi scendendo per le gradinate tra le villette, ma soprattutto calette stupende nei dintorni."
