This semi-detached, two-level villa is designed to make you feel right at home: welcoming, familiar, and spacious, it can accommodate up to 12 people. Ideal for children to play safely, enjoying outdoor breakfasts, or quiet evenings with friends. Pet-friendly (please always request availability; the garden is not completely fenced), because your four-legged friend is welcome too!

We are also about 9 km from Cefalù, the pearl of Sicily, with its timeless charm, historic alleys, and crystal-clear sea. If you love to be mobile and explore, you're in the right place: the highway entrance is just 4 km away, making it quick and easy to reach all the island's other wonders.

Sehr schönes Haus. Super, wenn mehrere Generationen zusammen verreisen. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit MariaLuisa war super einfach. Würden das Haus sofort empfehlen.

Notre séjour a été parfait. Tout ce qui est écrit sur l'annonce est vérifiée ! Le propriétaire, Pietro est à vraiment à l'écoute des ses hôtes et souhaitent qu'ils passent un agréable moment. Les villas sont très bien équipées, propres, et proche de la mer (environ 5 minutes à pied). L'environnement est calme dans cette résidence closes, la vue sur la mer ou montagne très sympa. Par contre, la voiture est obligatoire pour visiter, aller au restaurant ou sur Cefalu (15 minutes environ). Résidences à recommander sans problème !

"Très bel appartement situé à l''étage d''une maison, dans un lotissement calme(sauf quelques chiens) , muni de trois grandes terrasses, utilisables en fonction du soleil. Appartement très fonctionnel avec ses 3 chambres et sécurisé avec des enfants jeunes (barrière, jeux d''extérieur, jardin clos).Il manque un peu d''équipement au niveau de la cuisine(couverts...). Cefalu est à 10 min en voiture. Merci à Pietro pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité.Le jour de notre arrivée, il nous a fait découvrir une très bonne pizzeria, le supermarché, la plage...Il est très soucieux du bien-être de ses locataires."

Plage a proximite, proche village et commodités. 12 km de la superbe CEFALU. La résidence est bien située pour partir à la découverte de l''île (voiture indispensable). "situé à 5 minutes à pied de la plage de sable, proche de céfalu (15 mn) dans une très belle résidence propre et bien entretenue logement tout confort propre avec 2 chambres avec chacune sa salle de bain, un grand séjour avec 2 clic clac cuicine américaine et belle et grande terrasse, de quoi loger 2 familles et puis le principal c''est Pietro le propriétaire qui est très compétent sympa et très serviable, le moindre problème est vite résolu, donc je conseille fortement cette location j''ai oublié: douche exterieure et coffre "

They have passed only days since we returned to Greece to Sicily with the best impressions of the place, people and your wonderful hospitality. The house was perfect for us, very comfortable, nicely decorated and very well organized, a must for relaxing. Also enjoyed very much your friends in the beautiful garden. I really felt like home!

"Appartamento in villa perfetto, pulitissimo, sembra tutto nuovo, non manca nulla. Se l''appartamento è al piano terra offre un''ottimo spazio esterno con giardino ben curato e uno spazio coperto molto grazioso e spazioso. Proprietario disponibilissimo, sia nell''indicare posti dove aquistare generi alimentari del luogo che da vedere, disposto anche a procurare qualsiasi cosa mancasse in casa e di cui si avesse bisogno. Spiaggia antistante non molto ben tenuta, ma nelle vicinanze ce ne sono altre buone. Decisamente da affittare se si decide di passare le vacanze da quelle parti."

"Gli appartamenti sono all'interno di un bellissimo e moderno contesto residenziale, dove passano solo auto di chi vi risiede o alloggia. La vista è suggestiva e varia; della montagna da un lato e del mare azzurro dall’altro. Tutte le attrezzature menzionate esistono, c'è pure la lavatrice, stendino, adsl, cassaforte, docce esterne etc. L'accesso è facile e il posto auto è privato e recintato. Il complesso è vicino all'autostrada e alle strade principali, quindi strategico per visitare l'intera isola. Il proprietario è una persona squisita e disponibilissima a richieste e suggerimenti. Pulizia ed ordine perfetti! Da consigliare vivamente!"

"E' la prima volta che ve...

"E' la prima volta che veniamo in Sicilia e ne siamo completamente soddisfatti. Il sig. Pietro ci ha accolto con gentilezza, disponibilità e cortesia. Gli appartamenti sono ancora più belli nella realtà. Anche la posizione difronte il mare è ottima per trascorrere una vacanza in relax oppure si può prendere l'autostrada a pochi minuti di macchina e visitare l'isola. Cefalù dista 15 minuti ed è spettacolare."
