The SCORDALINNA house is the right place for your holidays in the south of Sardinia, it is located in the heart of Villasimius, a delightful historic center just 50 km from Cagliari / Elmas airport.

Beautiful and comfortable The house is located in a perfect position to visit other wonderful beaches in southern Sardinia, just 10 minutes by car you can find more wild beaches or bays for swimming, sporting activities in the sea (sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing , mountain biking, golf, tennis, boat rentals) or excursions.

At the port of Villasimius you can rent a boat to reach the most beautiful beaches, or the island of Cavoli, a small granite island with a lighthouse surrounded by a wild and protected natural environment, or the island of Serpentara less than a mile away, both in a protected marine area.

The house has 1 balcony on the upper floor overlooking the village, while on the ground floor it has a covered veranda where it is furnished for eating.
Fully furnished for your holidays, it is located in a private residential complex.

On the first level The house has an open-plan living room with a fully equipped American-style kitchen, also DISHWASHER, sofa, flat-screen TV and bathroom WITH WASHING MACHINE. VERANDA COPERTA with patio.
On the second level there are two bedrooms, a double bedroom, in the second bedroom with 3 SINGLE beds or 2 together they become a double bed (or a bed you can transform it with a camping cot for a child).

Inside there is everything you need for the beach (beach umbrella, beach towels), baby equipment on request (high chair, cot, stroller), bath towels, bed linen, bath accessories (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel , hair dryer, all included in the price for all guests).

If you are looking for a quiet holiday in contact with nature but also a short distance from the beautiful beaches with white sand and emerald sea where you can relax and stroll along the shore, this is the right choice for you and your family.

weekend da favola

Week end da favola, favorita anche da belle giornate di sole che davano l’impressione di essere ancora in estate, ma anche dalla splendida casa del signor MARIO che devo elogiare per l’ottima accoglienza al Nostro arrivo e per le indicazioni fornite sia per recarsi nelle calette che per negozi e ristoranti. Casa splendida, pulita e dotata di tutti i confort anche di lavastoviglie. Silenziosa situata al centro del paese,inserita in un ottima contesto , ma comunque silenziosa in quanto veritiero come indicato nel sito dal proprietario nella descrizione della casa è accessibile con le auto solamente ai soli familiari delle abitazioni. Ringrazio inoltre per averci fatto partecipare alla serata nella sua associazione folk PASSUDEDANTZA, portando a casa un pochino di musica e balli della sardegna che sinceramente non avevo mai sentito e complimenti al suo ORLANDO MASCIA suonatore di LAUNEDDAS .

Siamo stati benissimo, casa in stile, pulita, funzionale, vicinissima al centro. Mario, il proprietario e la sua famiglia sono stati gentilissimi ed estremamente disponibili anche a consigliarci per ottimizzare il nostro soggiorno. Speriamo di poter tornare presto.

Ottimo posto, ci torneremo sicuramente...

Ho messo 5 stelle perchè non si poteva mettere di più. Ci sono stato con mia moglie e i miei due figli di 7 e 3 anni all'inizio di luglio. Abbiamo trovato la sistemazione all'ultimo momento ma devo dire che non potevamo trovare una sistemazione migliore. La casa e molto pulita. C'è tutto quello che serve compresa lavastoviglie e lavatrice. C'è un bel terrazzo e di sera si sta molto bene, è fresca e si dorme bene. La casa si trova vicino al centro di Villasimius ed è comodissima per fare dei bei giretti serali con i bambini. E poi che dire ci sono loro: Mario ed Elisabetta. Due persone gentilissime che hanno fatto di tutti per metterci a nostro agio. Hanno fornito i nostri bimbi di giochi per divertirsi sul terrazzo, ci hanno viziato con dolcetti e tante altre gentilezze. Lo consiglio decisamente e contiamo di tornarci anche il prossimo anno.

CASA OTTIMA

Casa come da descrizione completa di tutto! Comoda al centro di Villasimius, ci si arriva in 5 minuti a piedi! Mario è spettacolare, sempre pronto a tutto!! Grande Mario! IL nostro soggiorno è stato veramente interessante, tant'è che avendo una bimba di 6 anni il buon Mario ci ha prestato perfino la bici per lei...e tanti giochi! Consigliata!

Per la bci della bambina è il minimo che si poteva fare, Famiglia, molto gentile e garbata. Mi dispiacce non aver avuto molto tempo da dedicare all famiglia in modo da invitarli alle feste del gruppo folk o alle sagre dell PROLOCO DI MARACALAGONIS (un paesino vicino a Cagliari) in modo da far conoscere un pochino dell' interno della Sardegna. La casa è stata rilasciata in ottime condizioni. Speriamo di incontrarci i prossimi anni.

Graziosa casa a un passo da Villasimius centro

Appartamento grazioso, ben arredato, molto pulito, a un passo da Villasimius centro - piacevole per passeggiare la sera, con tanti negozi e localini - e con intorno tante bellissime spiagge e golette; vi e' solo l'imbarazzo della scelta. I proprietari sono gentilissimi, disponibilissimi e molto ospitali, grandi amanti del ballo e della musica, tanto da far parte di un importante gruppo folkloristico; da loro ci si puo' far consigliare dove, come e quando andare ad assistere a eventi folkloristici sardi.

"Hello everybody, Here is a little word just to say that this rental is great: well situated, with a beautiful view on the montain and just next to the see! All the necessary is in there. The best is to have dinner outside on the terrasse :) And the last but not the least, The landlord and his wife are charming people who will provide you with all the needed information on the village and a lot more. (i.e. they prepared for my arrival italian specialities from sdardinia: cookies and wine! I was really touched. They are lovely poeple!) Do not hesitate to go for there! Mélanie"

Is available on request an original and sympathetic to move from the country to the beaches of Simius. By means of transport EPA CALESINO, the service runs from June 15 to September 15 to 12 hours a day (from 09:00 to 14:00, 16:00 to 20:00 and from 22:00 to 24:00) if you are without a car or do not want to use the car this is the ideal way to get to know the beaches of VILLASIMIUS.
