Lovely 2 bed 2 bath apartment finished to high standard. Wifi included.
Ideally located on the shore of Lago Victoria in Almerimar. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with ensuite and a further bathroom. The apartment has air conditioning (hot air for the winter) and also ceiling fans There are books, dvds and games for the use of guests. The outside furniture enables you to enjoy the views of sea, lake and mountains. The complex has a large swimming pool (open summer months - mid June to mid September, confirm dates before booking), children's pool, play area, gym, sauna and tennis court. Everything you need for a relaxing break. Ideally located although a car is recommended to maximise your enjoyment of the area.

Bastante bien

El apartamento muy bien , limpieza correcta, con todo lo necesario , servicios como parking y piscina excelente . Terraza excelente. Le pongo un 4 estrellas por dos razones la recepción de las llaves que te las dan en una oficina y allá te apañes, suerte que yo conocía la urbanización de estancias anteriores y todo me era conocido. Y la otra pega , los vecinos de arriba que estaban todo el día arrastrando sillas muebles o lo que sea, en ocasiones hasta la una de la madrugada. Si no fuera por eso 5 estrellas.

Apartamento en una tranquila urbanización con vistas espectaculares. La propietaria Jacqueline es muy atenta y servicial. Sin duda repetiré!

We bought the property off plan in 2005 and it was ready at the end of 2007. We have used the property as a holiday home since for ourselves and 2 daughters. We all love the pool, the beach and the surrounding areas. We hope you enjoy the apartment as much as us.
