Very nice stay

Quite conveniant flat. Everything needed was there. The bath is snall but functional. There are two bedrooms what means an advantage. Nice garden and sourroundings. Very friendly hosts. We would stay there again.

Emplacement parfait, terrasse commune aux autres logements trÚs bien, beau jardin. Mauvais matelas et salle de bain trÚs étroite. HÎtes accueillants et trÚs agréables, bons conseils.

Notre location

Petit T3 prévu pour 4 personnes mais que pour 3. Confort de la literie déplorable. Salle de bains trÚs petite wc compris 2 mÚtre carré162 avec un peu de moisissure dans la douche et odeur de remontée dégouts .Pas conçu pour les personnes de fortes corpulences ,nous c'était limite. Mauvaise connexion Wifi.Pas de lave vaisselle. Point positif endroit calme situation extérieur correspond à la description à l'annonce.Toujours de la place dans la rue pour se garer.

klein maar fijn

De locatie is leuk. Het ligt aan een rustige straat met weinig verkeer dus het is ÂŽs nachts rustig. Aan het einde van de straat loop je lekker langs het water en kun je heerlijk zwemmen en je loopt in een kleine 20 minuten naar het centrum van Paimpol. Je kunt gratis en bijna voor de deur parkeren. Het appartement is klein en alles werkt, maar het is wel wat gehorig dus wat luidere bovenburen met kleine kinderen hoor je goed. De badkamer is passen en meten, maar alles functioneert. M.i. is het matras van het tweepersoonsbed doorgezakt en aan vervanging toe. Het andere bed was prima. Wij hadden de handdoeken vergeten en de gastvrouw bracht binnen 5 minuten handdoeken en theedoeken voor ons, wat erg attent en fijn was. Ook bij een vraag over de boiler was er snel reactie en actie. In de avond kunt je prima op het terras van de tuin zitten. Het terras deel je met andere mensen. Wij hebben verder een goed verblijf gehad.

Logement conforme aux photos avec terrasse et jardin trÚs agréables. Jolis environs également. TrÚs bien placé pour vadrouiller et visiter les environs. Juste un peu léger sur les équipements (pas de torchon/serviette).

Super Lage und schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage um von dort zu starte oder die Gegend mit dem Auto zu erkunden. Um die Ecke liegt der Ärmelkanal, auf Grund der Tide ist dort ein Wasserbecken, so dass man jederzeit schwimmen kann. Darum ist ein Trimm-Dich-Pfad und in der NĂ€he gibt es einen Spielplatz.. Eine tolle Terrasse mit schönem Garten. Es gibt sogar den Luxus von Waschmaschine und Trockner, was in der Bretagne durchaus als NĂŒtzlich zu betrachten ist. Die Wohnung ist fĂŒr uns drei passend gewesen, die Gastgeber höflich, hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wiederkommen. Paimpol ist eine hĂŒbsche Stadt mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Insgesamt eine tolle Woche!

Proche de tout

Emplacement idĂ©al, propriĂ©taires trĂšs sympathiques,. Par contre nous avons louĂ© Ă  4 un appartement qui est fait pour 3....les WC sont de travers car ils se trouvent dans une salle de bains exiguĂ«. L’amĂ©nagement en gĂ©nĂ©ral n'est pas terrible, la vaisselle est dĂ©pareillĂ©e voir Ă©brĂ©chĂ©e pour les assiettes. Ce logement sert Ă  des Ă©tudiants en dehors des grandes vacances, ce qui explique cela mais bon... La terrasse en bois complĂštement cassĂ©e et dangereuse devait ĂȘtre refaite en mai mais la situation a fait qu'elle ne le sera qu'en octobre. Nous avons fait ces retours aux propriĂ©taires que nous seront content de revoir si nos remarques et celles de nos voisins, faisant le mĂȘme que nous constat, sont prises en compte.

Schöner Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Sie ist sauber und einfach eingerichtet. Das einzige Manko ist das Bad/ Klo. Es ist wirklich sehr klein. Man kann nicht grade auf dem Klo sitzen. Die Lage ist super!! Direkt 'gegenĂŒber' ist eine kleine Bucht mit Sandstrand. Die Vermiter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Beide können sehr gut englisch sprechen.

Quelques bĂ©mols toutefois, le frigidaire ne contient pas de freezer (dommage pour les glaçons Ă  l'apĂ©ro en plein Ă©tĂ©) et la tĂ©lĂ© qui date de mathusalem pour une location de ce standing ne permet pas aux enfants de regarder les dessins animĂ©s car l'image n'est pas centrĂ©e (ceci dit, nous ne sommes pas en vacances pour regarder la tĂ©lĂ©). La vue est splendide et la rĂ©gion vaut vraiment le coup d'ĂȘtre visitĂ©e !

Super Terrasse und Garten - ideal zum Erholen

Nette Ferienwohnung mit Terrasse und liebevoll angelegtem Garten, den man benutzen kann - erholsam! Ausgesprochen freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieter, die nebenan wohnen. Sehr ruhig, ideale Fahrrad-Entfernung zum Hafen von Paimpol, einem sehr netten StÀdtchen. Einziger Minuspunkt: das Bad ist sehr beengt.

Alles, was man zum Erholen braucht..

Die Lage der Fe-Wo ist am Rand einer Lagune, die sich auf der einen Seite bei Flut mit Meerwasser fĂŒllt, auf der anderen Seite durch einen Wall immer einen gleichmĂ€ĂŸigen Wasserstand beibehĂ€lt. Es ist etwas kompliziert, dorthin zu kommen (das Navi lenkt einen in eine andere gleichlautende Straße) Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung selbst ist in Ordnung, die Betten gut, das Bad allerdings sehr klein und eng. Der Garten ist wunderschön und liebevoll angelegt.

Pratique pour un week end

L appartement est à proximité de la mer ,des chemins de randonnée et de Paimpol Les chambres sont spacieuses mais la literie est à renouveler La cuisine est petite mais fonctionnelle par contre la salle de bains est minuscule pas possible d y mettre une baignoire bébé de toutes façons il n y a pas de chauffage et de fortes odeurs d humidité

Appartement agréable et calme

Charmant petit appartement avec 2 chambres dans un secteur calme. Le port et le centre de Paimpol ainsi que l'Abbaye de Beauport sont accessibles à pied ainsi qu'une petite plage. La terrasse au soleil est trÚs agréable. Idéal pour se reposer ou rayonner entre Saint Quay Portrieux et Ploumanach pour des balades dans cette magnifique région.

Le secteur de Paimpol est idéal pour l ßle de Bretagne.

L appartement est nettement en dessous des photos présentées, notamment la salle d eau avec des WC en travers et un lavabo qui ne est qu un lave mains!!! L ensemble est vétuste et surtout l isolation phonique est trÚs mauvaise avec l'appartement du dessus. En revanche l'appartement est bien placé, à 2 pas de la baie Nous sommes déçus.
