This renovated holiday **** home boasts a spacious garden with a barbeque, a covered seating area and sun loungers. Wi-Fi, a modern flatscreen TV and DVD player are available inside the property.
The holiday home is a modern farmhouse located on a private plot in a rural setting. Three comfortable bedrooms are present and include 2 doubles and a twin. A baby kot can be added on request. All bedrooms are on the ground floor and are decorated with parquet flooring.
Find nice seating and a dining table in the living room. Guests can cook meals in a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven and refrigerator. There is a modern toilet and a washing machine. In the garden house there are 2 mountain bikes (model 2010) available for use.
The surrounding area offers the chance to hike, swim, cycle or just enjoy the rural tranquillity. Cycle for about 10 minutes to a beautiful lake with a sandy beach, guarded swimming area and a small restaurant.

Those looking to further explore the area can visit Oldenburg, Leer, Bremen, Hamburg or the North Sea. At about 15 minutes, in the heart of the Ammerland region, lies the spa resort of Bad Zwischenahn. Situated on the shores of Lake Zwischenahn, the third largest lake in Lower Saxony, the town offers total relaxation and much more besides.

Urlaub mit viel Erholung und super Wetter

Das Haus und der sehr große Garten sind in einen sehr guten Zustand, bei Fragen habe ich jederzeit telefonisch eine freundliche info erhalten. Die Hausübergaben haben perfekt funktioniert, mit dem Fahrrad habe ich in einem Radius von 15 Kilometern viele Radtouren unternommen. Das Sahnehäubchen des 3 wöchigen Urlaubes war das perfekte Wetter. Einfach Urlaub zum entspannen.

wunderschön, aber zu laut

Es ist ein wunderschön renoviertes, altes Haus in einem riesigen Garten. Leider hat meine lärmgeplagte Großstadtseele keine Ruhe gefunden, da ich die Straße, die direkt am Haus vorbei führt, total falsch eingeschätzt habe. Den ganzen Tag brettern Autos, Transporter und LKW kaum 10 Meter am Haus vorbei... Ein paar Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt findet man aber eine herrliche Landschaft und kann den Lärm vergessen.

Tolles Ferienhaus für erholsamen Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung, ein bisschen abseits vom Ort, aber per Auto oder Rad in wenigen Minuten sind die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut erreichbar. Das Ferienhaus ist groß und für Familien mit dem großen Garten ideal. Auch ideal für Tagestouren aufgrund der Nähe zum Meer und vielen anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

When you want to relax and spend some time in a rural area, with all the modern facilities you know from home, this is the place to be. The big living room (45 m2) with the open doors to the garden will make you feel at home in a second.
