About this property

Iseo Lake : charming house on the ancient harbor of Riva di Solto.

This bright and comfortable lakefront house is situated right in the ancient medieval town of Riva di Solto on Iseo Lake, and it is marked by a unique sundial painted on the outer front wall.
Well furnished and cosily decorated, it was thoroughly restored and it is made up of a comfortable dining room and bathroom at the ground floor, of a wide living room served by a sofa-bed and a kitchen at the first floor, and of two bedrooms (double-bed and castle-bed) served by a second bathroom with an electronic skylight system, on the 2nd floor.
All levels are interconnected by a beautiful staircase in medieval aged natural stone, preserved that way to stand out in a modern environment. The balcony to which both bedrooms have access offers guests a breathtaking view over the lake, and the proximity to the water will let the music of nature walk indoors to cradle you.
Our property also supplies guests a private car-box at a few minutes walking distance.

Great place

We had a great stay in this lovely house in the heart af Riva di Solto. We enjoyed the evenings with a view over the lake and the life on the bars. We can recommend it to everybody.

Excellent

We enjoyed our family vacations in Riva di Solta. House is ok, for family 2 +3 children, just 1 person have to sleep in living room/kitchen. House is very well equipped, kitchen has all you need. You could have problems if you have fragile sleep and you love to sleep in the mornings, because next door church bells are very loud starting from 7 am. Otherwise everything is perfect.

Urlaub an der beschaulichen Uferpromenade

Ein wunderschönes Haus in einer mittelalterlichen Stadt (Dorf). Alles ist per Fuß zu erreichen. (Badestelle, kleiner Supermarkt, Backwaren und Restaurants) Im Haus kam man sich vor, wie in einem kleinen Museum. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles passt zueinander. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschöner Blick auf den See

Sehr schön und entspannt. Gute Einrichtung und die beste Lage. Das Haus ist ein Blickfang. Leider fehlt eine Spülmaschine und eine Klimaanlage, denn in den Schlafräumen wurde es sehr heiß. Fernseher gibt es auch nicht, war für uns aber nicht wichtig.

Ein Traum

Wenn es ginge, würden wir die doppelten Sterne vergeben. Es hat alles gepasst, die Ausstattung war phänomenal, es war einfach ALLES da... Die Lage und die Aussicht sind ein Traum. Alles was man braucht, ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!!!

Perfekter Urlaubsort

Das Haus mit seiner Lage, direkt am See, war der perfekte Urlaubsort genau wie der kleine Ort, Riva di Solto selbst. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Leben braucht. Der Blick auf den See ist wunderschön. Fussläufig erreicht man mehrere Restaurants, Cafés und einen kleinen Einkaufsladen. Riva di Solto ist ein wundervoller kleiner Ort, perfekte Ausgangslage für Wanderungen, Bootsfahrten etc. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wohnung direkt am See!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer Superlage direkt am Iseosee - genug Platz für fünf Personen auf drei Ebenen. Toller Blick auf den See und alle wichtigen Alltagsdinge gibt es in Laufdistanz drum herum (Cafe, Schiffsanleger, Lebensmittel). Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr verbindlich und freundlich (auf Englisch). Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Grandios ausgestattetes Haus direkt am See

Das Haus ist liebevoll ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Sowohl die Ausrüstung in der Küche als auch im Bad ist hervorragend; dazu kommt sonstiges nützliches Zubehör (wie z.B. Adapter). Kommunikation mit Vermieter, check-in und check-out problemlos. Der Blick vom Esstisch oder auch vom Balkon auf den See und die Insel ist einfach klasse. Der Ort ist nett und beschaulich, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut, Traktoren super...

Mooie en knus ingerichte vakantiewoning aan Lago d'Iseo. Geweldig uitzicht (vooral vanaf het eigen balkon) op het meer en omliggende bergen.

Best place around Lago d'Iseo

We have had a really pleasant time: the breathtaking view from the balcony onto the lake, surrounded by extremely artistic and personal subjects in the house, which show a lot about the character of their owner. We enjoy to live here and appreciate all the things - besides: we are artisti too, musicisti e professori di musica. All household items and the whole equipment are in best condition and fully practical. (We have only missed a chef’s knife - but that was a very specific "problem".) We would also like to thank the two sisters - daughters of the owner - for their extreme kindness and the very friendly meeting at the first day. Everyone and everything is in a condition of ease, nothing seems to be complicate. We think that is the best requirement for relaxed holidays. Furthermore there is the lovely place Riva di Solto itself which rellay is a jewel: small but very well equipped with 2 alimentari, 3 ristoranti, farmacia, tabaccheria, gelateria, post office and barbershop - what more do you need? But above all there are the relaxed and very friendly residents of the silent and beautiful place. AndreasDesireeLuca 29.7.2021

Tolles Haus am Iseosee

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war top!!! Man hat einen herrlichen Blick auf den See. Geschäfte und Bars/Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Little haven

The property is full of character and has been lovingly refurbished. Irene speaks excellent English which made communication easy. She was absolutely fabulous and went more than the extra mile for her guests. We can't praise her enough. Riva di Solto is a delightful little town, right at the edge of the lake. It's ideal for those who want to get away from it all and enjoy a relaxing holiday. Highly recommended!

Avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans cette maison de caractère idéalement située au bord du lac. On a parfois l'impression d'être sur le lac, la vue est extraordinaire. Les photos sont très fidèles à la réalité, la maison est décorée avec goût et est très confortable, impeccable. Le village est très vivant et possède les commerces nécessaires. Irène, la propriétaire est très sympathique, disponible . Elle parle l'anglais couramment. Nous recommandons sans réserve cette location. Marie, Eric

Schönes Haus, tolle Lage am See

Ein sehr schönes Haus, welches sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Die Kommunikation mit Irene war unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Dekoration ist sehr persönlich und man muss sich etwas Ablageplatz schaffen. Durch die Umgehungsstraße ist auf der Straße direkt vor dem Haus nicht so viel Verkehr. Das ist gut, da man bei offenem Fenster (keine Klimaanlage) doch sehr nah dran ist. Riva di Solto hat uns von allen Orten am See am besten gefallen. Es ist alles in der Nähe vorhanden aber es gibt nicht zu viel Rummel. Der Blick auf den See ist fantastisch.

Wunderschönes Haus direkt am Iseosee in Riva di Solto

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Riva di Solto am Iseosee verbracht. Das Haus bietet alles, was man sich wünschen kann, ist direkt am Iseosee gelegen und mitten im kleinen, wunderschönen Ort Riva di Solto. 2 Badestellen sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zwei kleine Cafes direkt an der Uferpromenade laden zum verweilen ein. Restaurants und Lebensmittelmarkt gibt es auch. Der Ort ist ruhig, und auf der Straße, die durch den Ort führt, ist nur ganz wenig Verkehr. Das Haus sieht nicht nur toll aus, es ist auch sehr gemütlich und geräumig. Und aus jedem Zimmer aus sieht man immer direkt den See. Das war traumhaft! Die Vermieterin ist sehr sympathisch, sehr hilfsbereit und spricht perfekt Englisch. Kurzum: Wir können den Aufenthalt voll empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!
