In a 3-floor building, 3-room apartment (65m2, with two separate bedrooms), bright with large windows in every room, tv, wifi (HIGH-SPEED INTERNET FREEBOX), fully-fitted kitchen, 8 pers (2 bedrooms), Toilet, Bathroom with shower, large living room with sofa bed, hall, west-oriented balcony. RATES / WEEK = 1400 Euros (Low-season periods) to 2100 Euros (High Season, French school vacations); weekly rental only; Private rear parking of the building.
The inner-city cable car and the bus "Strawberry" bring skiiers directly to the main ski area (cable car Grandes Rousses and Ski School).
NO SMOKING! Slippers appreciated.
END-OF-STAY CLEANING POLICY: Tenants are responsible for ensuring that the property is returned in a perfect state of cleanliness. A 200€ deposit will be requested at entrance, so as to cover some possible cleaning fees at the end of the stay, if the accommodation is not left in a perfect state of cleanliness. This deposit will be returned at departure.

Great apartment in a very central location

Amazing location which is very close to restaurants and shops as well as being accessible to the slopes. The telecentre lift is a very short walk away for quick access to the grande rousse in the morning and it was possible to ski down within 5 minutes walk of the apartment at the end of the day. The apartment was perfect for our needs and both bedrooms are a good size. Check in and out was very smooth and Romain’s communication ahead of arrival and during our stay was excellent.

Skiing in Alpe D'Huez

Really great property to stay in for skiing in Alpe d@Huez. It's right in the centre of Alpe d'Huez. Within 50m you have bakery, supermarket, ski hire, creperie, bars, restaurants, take away pizza, outdoor swimming pool, skating rink and most important the funky stand up lift direct to the ski area. (It takes 3 mins to get to the main ski lifts in the funky stand up one - which does still need a ski pass). Loads of room for our family of 4. Ben's Bus ski transfer stop is 20m from the apartment too. Great communication with the owners.

Très bon appartement

Excellent emplacement avec redescente un peu lente mais très pratique, on peut s'arreter a 50 mètres de la location. Appartement super bien entretenu, bien équipé, très pratique. Les propriétaires sont très arrangeants et agréables Ma famille et moi recommandons.

L'accueil de M. GIRAUD a été à la hauteur de nos attentes. L'appartement en cours de rénovation, est dotée d'une cuisine entièrement neuve. L'électroménager est de haute qualité, très pratique et fonctionnel. La salle d'eau récente, est aussi pratique. Je recommande.

Très bon séjour

L'appartement est vraiment très bien situé, en plein centre de la station et à proximité immédiate des commerces, des remontées mécaniques (Télécentre) et des navettes permettant l'accès au front de neige. L'appartement est fonctionnel et en bon état général, en train d'être refait. Il connait d'ailleurs quelques problèmes d'humidité dans les parties non refaites, reconnaissant que nous avons eu une semaine neigeuse. Nous avons au final passé un très bon séjour et avons été très bien accueilli par les Giraud. Merci!

Excellent chalet in perfect location

A clean and comfortable chalet right in the heart of Alpe D'huez. Close to the shops and restaurants and a 2 min walk to the lifts. Really enjoyed our stay here.
