Large air-conditioned studio comfortable, ideally located in the heart of the famous village of Monticello in the region of Balagne just 5 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the island, private terrace with trees. Balagne is 75km of rugged coastline and 300 days of sunshine per year.
The weevil coastline with a succession of coves with clear waters and white sand beaches still surprised by their beauty the greatest travelers.

Nice Place in Nice Village

We found this place online and we were really happy about the apartment and calm and small village few minutes from Ile Rousse. The apartment is fully equipped and host is really nice and helpful. We loved the stay in Monticello.

Romantisch gelegene FeWo im Herzen von Monticello

Die kleine FeWo ist sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Für zwei Personen, die sich gut vertragen, ist die FeWo sehr gut geeignet. Von der Terrasse hat man einen guten Überblick über das Geschehen in Monticello. Die am Haus vorbeiführende Straße hat nicht gestört.

Wonderful Apartment

We had a wonderful time in Delphine’s apartment. Delphine is a super nice host and made us really feel welcome. We could ask her everything and she already had good tips for the surrounding area and where we could buy something. She even showed us the beautiful surrounding nature and the little villages and we made some really nice walks. The apartment itself is really well equipped. Everything is very clean. We often prepared meals in the apartment and had everything we needed. All in all, we had a wonderful time. Thank you very much Delphine! Traduction automatique: Nous avons passé un moment merveilleux dans l'appartement de Delphine. Delphine est un hôte super sympa et nous a vraiment fait sentir les bienvenus. Nous pouvions lui demander tout ce que nous voulions et elle avait déjà de bons conseils pour les environs et où nous pouvions acheter quelque chose. Elle nous a même montré la belle nature environnante et les petits villages et nous avons fait de très belles promenades. L'appartement lui-même est vraiment bien équipé. Tout est très propre. Nous avons souvent préparé des repas dans l'appartement et nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un moment merveilleux. Merci beaucoup Delphine!

Location très agreable

Le logement est situé dans une vieille maison corse et est joliment aménagé et confortable. Son emplacement sur la place du village n est pas un inconvenient. Le laurier sur le balcon/terrasse permet d être à l abri des regards. De belles promenades sont possibles au départ de Monticello, village proche de l Ile Rousse. Delphine la propriétaire est charmante.

Le titre résume ce que l'appartement loué à représenté pour que nos vacances se passe au mieux car cet appartement réalisé avec goûts est vraiment confortable, très vien équipé et de qualité, appartenant à une hôte très sympathique nous recevant très simplement avec un excellent accueil et le sourire 🙂... Vacances réussie en grande partie à celà pour nous!!!...

Monticello Aout 2021

Nous connaissions la Balagne pour y avoir séjourné plusieurs années. Le choix du village de Monticello etait une nouveauté. C'est avec plaisir que nous avons profité de cette location située au coeur du village, celle ci a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes. Merci à Delphine pour son accueil. Un petit plus cette année avec l'ouverture d'une épicerie avec pains et produits locaux à 50 mètres de notre location.

Super Häuschen für zwei Individualurlauber mit richtig Lust auf korsisches Dorfleben!

Delphine als Vermieterin ist eine phantastistische Gesprächspartnerin, vermittelt gerne korsisch eigene landschaftliche Ziele und ist dezent präsent für alle Belange! Delphine zeigte uns über ihre Tips, wie m/f/d die Atmosphäre der Insel selber erfahren kann. Wir hatten einen phantastischen Urlaub- stehen aber auch nicht auf Animateur sondern auf Selbstorganisation..... Einer unserer schönsten Urlaube, und wir reisen immer individuell!

Schönes Studio abseits vom Tourismus, direkt am Dorfplatz gegenüber der Kirche gelegen. Auch wenn die kleine Terrasse zur Straße ging, konnten wir uns gut erholen und due Abende mit einem Wein genießen. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich.

Rustic and Minimal

We were not sure what to expect from the property but found it to be very rustic and minimal. Surprised to have to pay extra for towels and bed linen also for cleaning of the apartment which was quite a considerable sum. In fairness we were given the choice to clean the apartment ourselves, which we did. This is something we have never experienced before! The property is adequate in size for two. Beware the stairs to the bedroom are very narrow and steep. The village is conveniently located, however, parking in high season can only be described as a nightmare! The owner was helpful and polite. We had a great holiday but admittedly we spent most of the days and evenings out.

Wunderbare kleine Ferienwohnung

Eine herrlich gelegene Ferienwohnung in einem alten Bergdorf, unmittelbar am zentralen Dorfplatz, einschließlich Kirchengeläut. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber umfänglich ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage und einen super ausgestatteten Küchen—Bereich. Das Schlafzimmer liegt oben im Appartement, leider etwas dunkel, weil kein Fenster, aber durchaus lauschig. Die Terrasse ist schön, man sitzt quasi mit auf dem Marktplatz — versteckt hinter Rhododendren, das hat was. Die Vermieterin spricht nur französisch, ist supernett und sehr hilfsbereit. Uns hat es sehr gut in dieser Ferienwohnung gefallen.

"Il paese é molto carino ...

"Il paese é molto carino tranquillo e silenzioso non presenta alcun tipo di attrazioni nè negozi, solo un bar-ristorante nella piazza e una piccola salumeria, ma è a pochi minuti di macchina dall'' Ile-Rousse (paesino turistico molto grazioso) e quindi dal mare. La casa è bella e accogliente con una piccola terrazza che affaccia sulla piazza del paese dove poter cenare e fare colazione.Pulita e non rumorosa. L''unico difetto che potrei trovare sono le scale un po ripide non adatte a persone con difficoltà motorie."
