About this property

Lovely country house Lou RaĂŻ - private pool - CANOES on the river Argens

Nice country house for up to 11 persons with all comfort situated in between vineyards and forests of the „Green Provence“. The 1500 square meters garden lies direct by our little forest (10.000 ssquare meters) that reaches down (50 meters) to the swimmable river “Argens”.

The “living kitchen” and the living room for 11 persons are blended with moorish and mediterranean assets. They have direct access to the terraces and to the swimming pool. The house includes 5 bedrooms (one is a mezzanine) with 11 single beds + 1 baby bed), 3bathrooms (1 bath tub, 2 showers), 3 toilets. Beautiful pool (4 by 9 meters) with deckchairs surrounded by palms, lavender and trees.

The swimmable river Argens has its own natural pools ideal for swimming, fishing, canoeing, undisturbed and also easy to reach with children. Pure nature river side with trees in a nature protected resort.

In the surrounding there are many sightseeing tours possible. The famous abbey of Le Thoronet, the romantic villages of the “Green Provence” with its market places, the canyon of Verdon, the whole Cîte-d’Azur between the Camargue and the Italian border, the back country with the sea alpes.

Our swimmping pool is heated in the middle season (+/- 27 ° Celsius).

We rent from saturday to saturday. You pay a cash deposit (500 Euros) only on arrival.

Electricity and water costs of the villa and the final cleaning add to rent. Bed linen can be rented upon arrival.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in der Villa Lou Rai. Das Haus ist einwandfrei, die KĂŒche super ausgestattet. Wir waren drei Erwachsene und drei Kinder. Es gab genĂŒgend Zimmer, so dass jeder sich auch mal zurĂŒckziehen konnte. Der Pool ist das absolute Highlight. Die Tiefe ist gut zum schwimmen (70cm -1,8m) und auch (Klein-)kinder kommen gut klar. Es sollte aber schon ein Erwachsener mit im Pool sein. Die Betten sind in Ordnung, wir haben gut geschlafen. FĂŒr kleine Kinder ist es sinnvoll, einen Rausfallschutz mitzunehmen.Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und ich kann das Haus uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Haus und eingezĂ€untes GrundstĂŒck (toll wenn ein Hund mit dabei ist. Mega beheizter Pool. Sehr nette Vermieter. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Alles war sauber . Hinter dem Haus fließt die Argens, es stehen sogar Kanus zur Benutzung bereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Séjour d'une semaine début avril 2024

La villa est trĂšs belle et confortable. Que ce soit au repos au bord de la piscine ou pour les sportifs, il est possible de profiter des environs avec de beaux parcours de marches. Nous y avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour en famille . A savoir cotĂ© pratique: comme nous Ă©tions les premiers Ă  l'ouverture de la saison, la villa Ă©tait froide. Un bon feu de bois est possible le soir grĂące au poĂȘle Ă  bois en fonte. Le top car les consommations de l'Ă©lectricitĂ© (et de l'eau) sont Ă  payer en supplĂ©ment en fin de sĂ©jour. Le soleil Ă©tant au rendez-vous, nous avons pu profiter de la superbe piscine chauffĂ©e. Location au top aussi pour nos deux teckels, le terrain est bien clĂŽturĂ©! Le propriĂ©taire donne l'accĂšs au terrain, des sentiers Ă  travers bois jusqu'Ă  la riviĂšre, pour les balades canines, c'est super! Relations et accessibilitĂ© avec les propriĂ©taires: trĂšs bien. SĂ©jour concernant la location conforme Ă  l'annonce. Nous gardons l'adresse !

Wir hatten einen schönen erholsamen Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist wie auf der Homepage beschrieben. Die KĂŒchenausstattung und die der Zimmer ist gut. An den EingangstĂŒren fehlt eindeutig Fliegenschutz, sowie in einem Badezimmer. Die anderen Fliegengitter mĂŒssten mal wieder ĂŒberprĂŒft werden, auf DurchlĂ€ssigkeit. Aber sonst war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit

Entspannter Familienurlaub

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Alles war da. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut. Der Pool war beheizt. Die Kinder konnten auch im Fluss und im WÀldchen spielen. Strom und Wasser haben wir vor Ort bezahlt. Die Abrechnung wurde am letzten Tag gemacht und entsprach den Vorhersagen des Vermieters. Internet war nicht das schnellste aber voll ausreichend. Berufliche Videokonferenz war möglich. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Appréciation générale

TrĂšs bel endroit, trĂšs bel hĂ©bergement mais gros problĂšme : vraiment trĂšs peu de capacitĂ© internet. Avec 3 adolescents constamment connectĂ©s et un adulte devant professionnellement se connecter souvent, ce n'Ă©tait pas la joie. De plus, cette limite d'internet n'Ă©tait nullement mentionnĂ©e dans l'annonce ce qui aurait Ă©tĂ© pour nous rĂ©dhibitoire pour cette location. Pas de dĂ©dommagement non plus proposĂ©. A fuir si vous avez un besoin impĂ©rieux d'internet ! Bien sĂ»r, le propriĂ©taire n'est pas responsable de la qualitĂ© du rĂ©seau internet mais pourrait le signaler. Enfin, c'est la premiĂšre fois que, surtout pour une location de ce prix, il faut payer en supplĂ©ment pour l'eau et l’électricitĂ© (162 € pour deux semaines) et cela sans aucune justification du montant. A part cela, trĂšs belles vacances !

Eine tolle Woche in der Provence

Vor ĂŒber 20 Jahren haben wir Urlaub in der Provence gemacht, nicht weit entfernt von diesem Haus. Nun war es Zeit unseren Kindern die Provence zu zeigen. Das Angebot sprach uns an, weil. 1. umzĂ€unt, 2. Pool, 3. jeder ein Zimmer. Der Kontakt lief reibungslos, VerstĂ€ndigung in Deutsch super möglich, das vermietende Ehepaar ist Deutsch-Französich. Die Lage wie beschreiben, am Ende des Ortes. Die Vermieter wohnen in der NĂ€he, Übergabe alles reibungslos. Das Haus liegt zwar direkt an einer kleinen Straße, diese ist aber auf 3,5 t begrenzt und daher nur sehr wenig Verkehr. Zum Ortsinneren sind es 3,5 km, da gibt es dann aber auch alles was man so braucht. Im Haus war alles sauber, alles funktionierte, die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir wwaren vier Personen und ein großer Hund, alle hatten ein eigenes Zimmer zur VerfĂŒgung. Pool sauber, haben wir jeden Tag genutzt. Der Hund konnte sich frei bewegen Dank da das GrundstĂŒck umschlossen war mit Hecken und Zaun. Die RĂŒckgabe funktioniert super. Die Vermieterin war zur vereinbarten Zeit da, die Abrechnung war 100% korrekt. Nebenkosten absolut im ĂŒblichen Rahmen, da gibt es nichts zu meckern. Fazit: WĂŒrden wir wieder kommen? Ja. Werden wir das Freunden empfehlen: Ja.

Belle Maison belle piscine, cuisine pas trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, pas de couteau qui coupent, pas de poĂȘles ni casseroles styles "TÉFAL" anti adhĂ©sives qui n'accrochent pas. Nous aurions prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© Ă  notre arrivĂ©e et Ă  notre dĂ©part faire le relevĂ© du compteur d'eau et edf avec le propriĂ©taire, ce qui n'a pas Ă©tĂ© le cas, le contrat avait dĂ©jĂ  les relevĂ©s sans nous faire vĂ©rifier ni Ă  l'arrivĂ©e ni au dĂ©part, d'autant plus que le vendredi matin, une dame vient nettoyer la piscine et nous demande de laisser l'eau couler dans la piscine pour la remettre Ă  niveau, pendant au moins 1/4 d'heure (donc pendant ce temps lĂ , c'est nous qui payons l'eau!!!!...) nous avons trouvĂ© cela assez intrusif et malhonnĂȘte. Pourquoi ne pas remplir la piscine le samedi matin, quand nous libĂ©rons au maximum Ă  9 heures et que les prochains locataires ne peuvent arriver qu'Ă  partir de 15 hs. ???

Bellissima villa nella pace della campagna

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti in questa bellissima villa. Pascal Ăš un proprietario molto attento e preciso e la villa era ben fornita di tutto il necessario. Siamo stati qui in inverno ed estato molto bello, sicuramente in estate potrebbeesserlo ancora di piĂč perchĂ© si puĂČ usufruire della piscina privata della villa. Speriamo di tornare!

Séjour trÚs agréable

Nous avons passĂ© de trĂšs belles vacances dans cette maison. Nous l’avons trouvĂ©e encore mieux que sur les photos . Piscine parfaite et la riviĂšre est un plus indiscutable. Les enfants Ă©taient aux anges et notre chien aussi Les propriĂ©taires sont trĂšs sympathiques et serviables. Les alentours trĂšs agrĂ©able. Nous reviendrons certainement.
