Fully air-conditioned and comfortable, the house will be your base to walk to the beach (500m) and discover the beauties of Marseille and Provence. Ideally located in a quiet residential area, but close to the center and local shops, you enjoy the huge terrace (55m²) with a superb view of the sea. You can also bathe in the garden and enjoy the pool secured by an automatic roller shutter. Our personal website will give you an idea of this guest house.
Due to recent problems, our house is only available for families with or without children, but not for groups that would not respect the peacefullness of the neighborhood.

Pool house with a view

Overall wonderful stay at the property. Gorgeous views of the sea, functional AC, a nice pool to cool off in, lots of child friendly activities like toys and ping pong. Very much a lived in space, which gives nice character but also feels a bit cluttered. Excellent communication with owners about our needs. Appreciated the flexibility with check in given children in the group. Would recommend!

Gorgeous home

We stayed here for nearly a week to celebrate my 60th birthday with my children and grandchildren. Ten of us in total.The house allowed us all the space we needed to enjoy each others company without being on top of each other.We swam, played table tennis and cooked and ate on the beautiful terrace looking out over the sea. There are fantastic restaurants within walking distance and the city centre is easily accessible by bus.Be aware that is a family home, clearly much loved, rather than pristine and sterile holiday accommodation. We loved this as it reminded us of our family home but it might not be to everyone’s taste. Thank you Emmanuelle for allowing us to share your lovely home.

What a view!

We had three adults and two children and the house was ideally sized for this with sleeping on a separate floor from the common areas. the house had a private pool (salt water), parking garage and incredible deck with colorful flowers and a spectacular view of the ocean. The house was clean, comfortable and the appliances were up to date. The owners were extremely nice and helpful, Emmanuelle and Gerard helped look into different activities for us, one of which was a charter boat to Parc National des Calanques - which was exceptional! There was small grocery store within about 5 minute walk and larger one within about 5 minute drive. I did not find any restaurants with in short walking distant but we found ourselves eating on the deck most nights to enjoy the view. There is a bus stop with in about a 5 minute walk that can get you just about anywhere in the city quickly. My one caution is that if you like to drive big cars the road the house is on quite narrow and can be a challenge to navigate the first time through. ​

un semaine de congrès mieux qu a l hôtel

Un emplacement à 20 minutes du Pharo avec vue sur le vieux port. Nous sommes venus en minibus de 9 places . Vivaro super.. On peux le garer dans le garage avec manœuvre même si la rue n est pas large , cela reste du possible. Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec les propriétaires . Merci

Well organised property and gorgeous terrace!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Bompard. The facilities are great and very comfortable. The house grows on you from the very beginning. Loved the terrace and view in particular and how the rooms were arranged, which makes a large party very easy to accommodate.

Nous avons passé trois jours très agréables en famille à Marseille. Nous étions 10, et nous avons profité de la maison , spacieuse et bien équipée, de la piscine chauffée , du jardin fleuri et de la terrasse qui possède une vue tout simplement incroyable ! La maison peut sembler de prime abord un peu difficile à atteindre mais c’est un inconvénient modique au regard du pittoresque et de la tranquillité du quartier. Une fois garé Il faut tout faire à pied ou éventuellement en bus c’est très pratique. On descend au vieux port en une demi heure de marche , on grimpe à la Bonne Mère en 15 mn, et on va au vallon des Auffes en 25 mn d’une balade sympa . Les commerces de proximité ( Bompard Endoume) sont impeccables... en conclusion : nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement qui permet de découvrir Marseille et de profiter d’une belle maison...

Une maison au charme et confort inattendu avec un jardin charmant, une piscine entourée d'un deck agréable et une très belle terrasse pour un petit déjeuner face à la mer ! Une grande chambre magnifique et d'autres plus petites (il faut éviter de faire des jaloux !) Un super accueil d'Emmanuelle qui fera tout pour vous simplifier la vie à Marseille et vous donner les bons plans. La mer est à 8 mn à pied Une super adresse dans le Roucas où ce type de maison est difficile à trouver pour y séjourner quelques jours

"Lieu paradisiaque, dans un quartier de Marseille vraiment très agréable avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. Si calme que nous n''avons pas eu l''impression d''être en ville alors que l''on peut se rendre au vieux port ou à la plage à pied. Seul bémol : les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix. Le ménage n''était pas très bien fait, la maison pas très bien rangée, plaque électrique en panne, matelas, coussins et housses sales, évier bouché...Quel dommage! Le lieu est magnifique mais à ce prix là ce devrait être parfait. Il en faudrait peu pour que ce séjour soit vraiment inoubliable..."

On the Way back from the island of Martinique (west French indies ) we decided to buy this house habitation Bougainville because it looked like creole house .
The huge bougainvillea tree reinforced my choice to buy this exotic house
Besides the house is 500 m far from the seashore and close to the old harbor (5 mn by car)
