Great apartment

This apartment was great for our family of 5. It was in a good location to explore Montmatre. Easy to get uber to Paris city center or a 10 minute walk to the train station. Check in and check out was super easy and the owner was good with communication. I would recommend this property and will save for future trips to Paris.

Great place!

What a perfect location for our family of 5. We one senior, a teen and a 9 year old. This location was amazing. Close to wonderful bakeries and diverse restaurants. We walked about 20 minutes to the Basilica and Ubered in no problems to the heart of Paris. The loft was amazing. My children enjoyed the modern architecture and how spacious it was. The host was lovely and was in communication with us throughout our stay. We could not have picked a better place for our Paris vacation.

June 2023 Paris Trip

The apartment has a lot of charm and character. We were staying with 6 (probably the maximum for the apartment size) but it worked well with someone sleeping on the couch. Nicolas met us at the apartment and made sure we understood all the amenities and the area. We enjoyed walking around the area, stopping for some fresh baguettes/pastries and going to the tourist attractions. If you are looking for a place in a local Paris neighborhood, this is the place. The little chicken stand around the corner is excellent!

Wonderful stay in the Loft.

Overall the Loft is a great place to stay. We stayed during the busy Olympic 2024 period and were very happy to find a place available. We loved that it is nearby a bus and a couple of metro stations. The flexibilty of multiple sleeping areas worked well for our group of 4. There was only 1 small problem, which we knew about before we rented. The front door is a little difficult to unlock and one of our group did not have hand strength to turn the lock. Not too much of a problem, and we knew about it ahead so we could work around it. Unlocking the front door.

Unique space to experience "real" Paris

The space is very uniquely decorated as seen in the photos. Our family of 6 did all fit, using the couches. The host went above and beyond with supplies to help with living and cooking (like table salt and some spices). There is no air conditioning in the space, but it is cooler in the basement floor bedroom. Ample room to sit and eat together in the kitchen or living room. Fabulous shower space too, very roomy. Check-in was relatively smooth and the host messaged us promptly. The apartment door is admittedly a bit tricky to open, so pay close attention to the instructions. Location is good, with a couple grocery stores a reasonable walk away. Neighbors are quiet and the street and neighborhood feels relatively safe. The metro stops are about 500m / 0.25mi away, and the Paris metro is one of the cheapest in Europe. Thanks for a great stay!

Un loft à découvrir

Nous avons passé 4 jours à Paris dans ce loft très original, silencieux, très bien équipé à proximité du métro, de nombreux commerces alimentaires de qualité et surtout au pied de Montmartre. Avec 2 adultes et 3 adolescents, l'appartement est très confortable. Bravo pour la décoration.

"Wir waren mit der Wohnung absolut zufrieden. Für 4 Personen war die Wohnung ideal und sehr gemütlich. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt, der Vermieter war sehr freundliche und hat uns die Wohnung sehr sauber überlassen. Es hat optimale Verbindungen zur Metro, Supermarkts gibt es genug in der Nähe. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Paris würden wir die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder nehmen. "

Que des qualités concernant l'appartement.vraiment rien a redire. seul petit bémole la situation géographique un peu éloingnée du centre et une station de métro "porte de Clignancourt" pas très recommandable la nuit.dans l'ensemble cela reste un excellant produit, avec une proporiétaire très sympa. pour conclure un très bon rapport qualité prix a découvrir vraiment Sinon"

"The loft was what we exp...

"The loft was what we expected, although I would recommend it for four people. Everything was very clean, we were provided of useful information to use in our stay. Everything worked fine. And the location is nice, its near the metro, near restaurants and supermarkets."
