The remote batteries need to be replaced and the battery cover needs to be fixed as it keeps falling off. Additional blankets being made available would be helpful

Cupboards were the best stocked cupboards we have ever had. Dishes, cutlery, pots and every conceivable baking and serving pans.Washer and Dryer new and just like home. Bathrooms were really nicely updated and cupboard space galore in the bedrooms. Overall a very bright and spacious condo as each bedroom had a slider to the amazing balcony. Never seen a balcony this large. Not much shade however at this time of year that was fine....might be really hot in the summer and that's fine if you like that. The only thing I might complain about were the sliders, they really need to be replaced and the bed skirts and head boards in the guest room. Overall our experience dealing with Palmetto was excellent and our stay was great! Thank You!

Winter in Kingston Planatation

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The three month stay was full of contrasts. The Kingston Plantation itself is excellent with incredibly well maintained grounds, beach access, parking, etc. The unit itself is beautiful in its ample size and layout, south facing orientation, and the appliances were excellent. The beds were all old and in need of replacement, the dining room patio door was very hard to open and one of the handles was broken. Many of the drains in the unit (kitchen, bathrooms, etc) worked poorly because it seems apparent the plumbing vent for the condo is blocked. There was a large mold spot in one of the bathroom ceilings. The maintenance crew who work on the main floor of North Hampton were outstanding - friendly, cooperative. Late arrival was needed, and all steps were taken to arrange in advance, however it didn't work. The keys were note left by the means promised at a drop box. The unit was not cleaned well prior to the arrival and we had to spend time cleaning it.

With the large rooms, spacious kitchen, & access to quiet beach made our stay superb before heading back school. It does need a furniture update & repairs on door handles & fixing old, dirty vents. We put a request in for repairs, including a broken shower handle & it was never fixed. Paid for 3 bathrooms & could only use 2. We made it work but for the cost, we should get better maintenance. Best time is either sunrise or sunset on the balcony. Superb.

The condo was exactly as described by Palmetto Vacation Rentals. The rooms were spacious, well decorated, clean and stocked with basic necessities as outlined in the rental agreement. The location was perfect, right on the beach with a lovely pool. We enjoyed the short ride to Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach and Alligator Adventure. We look forward to a return trip.

Outdated, rude and unprofessional

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My and My families stay was uncomfortable. There was mold everywhere and the balcony doors were awful. There was never security in the lobby for the safety of our stay, and the one time he was there he robbed us. I’ve tried hard to inform palmetto, but they just dismissed us like we were nobodies. Save your money and don’t use palmetto. They are not accommodating at all. Oh..and Management was very freaking rude and nasty!

Great location, great unit!

We stayed in the North Hampton, unit 1815, and it was a great unit! It's in a hot, humid area so yes, there may be some corrosion or whatever, but if that is something you would complain about stay away from beach areas! The balcony had a fantastic view of the beach, the A/C worked great (thank goodness!) and everything in the kitchen was functional. There were 8 of us in the unit, and we had plenty of space. The three bathrooms were a bonus, and having a washer/dryer definitely helped. We will be back, and I would definitely recommend this place. Working with VRBO and Palmetto Vacations was simple and easy!!
